Comfortable Process

Quick and Simple
Used it for 3 years now, never had a problem. UCCB need further explaination on how to claim when using easy step method. I incorrectly filled out that section on my 2011 statements.

I have used TurboTax for many years, actually back when it was called QuickTax. I promote it to my friends when discussing taxes. I used the "live help" for the first time this year and found this most helpful. The advisor was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Thanks so much, Intuit!

Love this program
I have used Turbo Tax for years and love the program. It is simple and easy to use. They have an excellent help system and if you get really stuck they have on line accountants that will walk you through the steps you need help on. I would highly recommend this program to all like I said very easy and also quick to use.

Excellent tax preparation product : TURBO TAX
Turbo Tax , tax preparation program has really improved year after year ! Turbo Tax is an excellent product ! Great product

Worth every cent!
I buy it every year. It transfers last year's personal information as well as RRSP deduction limits. Spousal returns are done simultaneously. A real time saver and easy to use.

Highly recommended tax software program

This product is easy to use and its great to submit your taxes. I've been using it for years. It imports the information from previous years and keeps tracks of future amounts. The only disadvantage, it does not install on a Microsoft operating system. Oh well...

Fast and Easy
A few hiccups along the way but pretty easy to use. I'd use it again. My return is pretty simple and it took me less than two hours from start to filing. Really liked how you could try different scenarios and see how that would affect your refund.

Effective!
Walk through the prompts, answer the questions. How much more simple could it be?!?
The program stopped me when I was making a mistake, it pointed out when entry's didn't jive, it answered all of my questions with the FAQ tab on the right hand side of the screen.
The only way it would be easier is if it was all entered FOR me!
