Straightforward
Using Turbotax is much more straightforward for even complex returns than completing a manual return. I can now complete my families returns (spouse & 2 children) in 1 day vs a weekend. I appreciate the efficiency.

Easy To Use
This software is extremely easy to use. I do my taxes as well as my childrens'. The software allows you to do multi returns easily. I have used the help key and the information has been useful to understand various topics.

Super Easy
Super easy to use! Although I only had 4 different slips it processed them with ease and then showed me how to save some money on things I didn't think of!

TurboTax keeps getting better each year!
I have purchased QuickTax/TurboTax for at least the last 10 years and it gets better each year. It is incredibly easy to input anyone's taxes, from the most basic to complicated ones.
The program asks relevent questions of the taxpayer to ensure that it uses the right forms and deductions.
Great work Intuit!

worthwhile package
I have for years maintained my own spreadsheet for a complicated tax situation. I have now retired and do not wish to keep track of changes to tax and as well have a Canada only tax return to file.
the package is easy to use and I will continue using it in future rather than have to keep up to date on changes.

Excellent Service
April 29 late at night - Could not find my TurboTax CD. Called Customer Service. They gave me a download link and new IKC. Was up and running in 10 minutes. Amazing!

Amazed
I hate the paper tax forms and books. Doing my taxes with TurboTax was actually enjoyable, and I got some tips on how to pay less taxes next year along the way. I'm hooked.

Great Program
I've used this program and its' predecessor for many years but now that I'm a senior it would really help if there was an easy way to increase the size of the font, if my eyesight continues to fail I will soon have to use a magnifying glass to see the instructions

Best Purchase Ever
I had purchased the Standard TurboTax Package, but the program allowed me to updrade easily & quickly for a nominal fee to the Premier version without losing the earlier data entered. It saved me time going to the store to purchase another version & re-enter the information. This was extremely helpful.

Almost Perfect
Good product, easy to use, right down to the Netfile assist...the only complaint I have is that screens that have to / need to be printed are in blue...as usual, I have no coloured ink, and wouldn't want to waste it if I did. Make it black please.

Great Product
Fantastic product. My only concern is that there were updates available following my initial submissions in March and I have no idea if these updates would have been beneficial to my early returns. It would be nice if there was a place where one could look at "what is changing" with the updates. If that is available, it was not user friendly in access.

Great Value
Loved using TurboTax. Intuit made it easy for me to file my taxes. I had full confidence in the return process. I also loved the new help centre this year. I had a question and would've called but the centre helped me find my answer. The help inside of TurboTax is sometimes too lengthy and do not want to read it...so good job!

Under the Review stage, they ask you to check things then ask the same questions again.
FYI, if you did the donations optimizer, or the pension splitting, as part of the review, they will ask the same questions again under the Smart Tips. This makes one wonder if they got the answers the first time...
Other than this snag, it is a wonderful program.
