Worth the money
According to CRA, this package delivers to the penny! Peace of mind for me. My taxes are uncomplicated but the help is online and ready if you need them (for a fee of course).

Turbo Tax makes Tax season easier
Have used Turbo Tax over the past many years. Has not disappointed. Easy step-by-step method ensures accuracy. Very easy to follow for the ordinary person's tax filing. Will use them again next year.

Easy process to follow, done in < 2 hours.
I'm over 55yo and I still am totally tax illiterate. TurboTax allows me to process my tax returns for myself and my wife at the same time. It gives me all the warnings and tips needed to ensure that I get it right. Once all the info is entered, filing the returns is a one-click and done deal. I love that I can do it on my own computer, in private, and at any time that is convenient for me. All the returns are saved electronically, submitted instantly, so even if I'm dumb enough to leave it to the last day (Apr 30), I can still submit my returns on time. No snail-mail worries and I don't have to pay a company to do it for me which also saves time and money and I don't have to communicate with them. Doing my own taxes has always frightened me and stressed me out. My mom was an accountant and was nice enough to do it for me all my life. She is now elderly and I am old enough that I should deal with it myself. I just never knew how. TurboTax came to my rescue.

Turbo Tax Standard 2023
I've been using Turbo Tax for years and find it reliable and easy to use. Was a bit disappointed last year when the program insisted on needing Windows 10 so I had the extra cost for that. Otherwise all good. Great product.

Our family,s tax situation is pretty straight forward with T4s & T5s, and child care receipts, so it is quite simple to download the receipts from CRA,s My Account directly into software. Quick and easy to enter and submit directly to CRA NetFile software and with refunds within 1-2hrs!

The Turbo Tax software is easy to use. I use the forms to enter data. Get results instantly. The Detailed Tax Summary shows me changes from year to year. Netfile is clear and easy to follow. Time saved in preparations of our tax returns absolutely justifies cost of the software.

Good tool for taxes, easy to use

Professionally done
The Turbo Tax program is very easy to use, and I have been told by accountants who have gone over my returns, have said they were done VERY Professionally done. Todate, I am doing more than 8 or 9 tax reports for family and friends. They are all satisfied, and several have been audited, with NO surprises. I was doing more , a few years ago, but the number that I was allowed with one download has changed. Only once, did I have to purchased extra online.
I am TOTALLY content with the Program itself, and have only asked for assistance once, and the service staff was very good.
