Easy to use
TurboTax is a great program for those that hate sitting in lines at the local box accountant. It is easy to use, beyond easy. Just be sure to read all the possible deductions, since some seem like they're hidden. In truth, they're not. You can just enter whatever you're looking for in the search. Way easier than paper filing and much cheaper than using an accountant. This is based on a STANDARD tax year. I have no idea how it would go for a business owner or more complicated returns.

A Bit Confusing
In past years it has been very easy to tell which return I'm working on as the name of the person has shown at the top or the bottom of the return. To go back and forth, all I did was click on the name. This year there were numerous times when I wasn't absolutely certain which person I was entering for, and I had to go back to the beginning of the section to see. Unfortunatley interruptions continually occur, and tabs like in the past would save me time when I'm doing our taxes.

Netfile
I got lost on how to file my return using Netfile. For me, the point at which I could file was not clear.
Netfile filing was better and faster than last year, once I found where to file my return.

Watch out for updates
Make sure you download any updates and then recheck your return. This is not the first year where an update has fixed a glitch I had worked around and I had to go back and make changes (or the review function spotted changes). Overall I love using this program and it is great at catching little things I have overlooked.

Support..
The only drawback this year that I could see is that many of the options for support that were included in previous years are now payable upgrades. Its too bad that more and more product companies are requiring extra payment for support. It makes it a little more difficult to trust a product when you need to pay extra for the company to trust it.
Otherwise, I am a happy TurboTax customer. I have used this software for several years now. Certainly the better part of my taxpaying life.

Drive-thru tax returns
Great for straightforward returns. Guides through with wizard prompts and easily carries forward information from previous year to save time. Prompts for all kinds of tax saving opportunities.
There is still room for improvement i.e. there could be even more items answered based on initial questions asked (e.g. initially indicating still married, don't bother asking if options apply for single parent/etc.)
But this is great value and helps avoid paying for an accountant.

Easy to use!
I have used Turbo tax for 3 years now, and I absolutely LOVE IT. Makes filing SO MUCH easier -for more complicated tax returns, I would still recommend seeking a professional - however, turbo tax now offers professional reviews as well - so that is a great feature for those unsure or new to filing or that have more complicated returns. Overall, there could be more information around investments/box 28 and other income - there are (2) box 28s that show up and if you choose the wrong one it really messes things up.. took me 20 minutes to figure it out... they should take you directly back to where the error has occurred so you don't spend hours just poking around to find it.. really annoying.. that is the main reason for the 4 star rating as opposed to 5...

I was disappointed with the entering of data this year as there were many duplicate entries that I had to delete afterwards. This never occurred before so I don't understand why this happened this tear. Overall, minus the above, I was satisfied with Turbo Tax once again.
