Turbo Software review
I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years now and it is great - useful tips along the way, quick transition from forms to easy step facilitates a review of actual data transposition (for those of us that used to do it by hand before software!!).
Net file this year was very fast and easy. Thank you.

Easy to Use
I found this copy of mine was great to use but after filing I could not get back into my computer to get data. It kept telling me to send to Microsoft. Is there a problem with this 2014 copy?

Easy to Use Software
I like that they have modified the software so you can direct NetFile without the hassle of uploading documents. Would be nice to have live chat Free with the purchase of the software for guidance.

Easy to use
The only struggle I had was with travel expenses for medical trips. Didn't know if I should enter them individually or combine them, didn't know if I should seperate the milage from the hotel costs.

Helpfull suggestion
As a retired accountant I can follow Turbo Tax OK. However, my eyesight is not as good as it used to be and it would be helpful if we could enlarge the font size or replace the blue ink items with black for more readability.
Also, it was frustrating to input such items as my apartment number but not have it appear on page 1 of the T1 until a while later.

Getting easier every year

Could be a little more intuitive
Pretty easy to use, should be easier to find where to put in T3s. Every year there is always a late T3, and I have done everything but that - hard to find the schedule where it goes in. otherwise very good. you can always be tweaking the intuitive step by step stuff to find the perfect balance between redundant and idiot proof.

Quebec tax credit for home-support services for se
It was almost impossible to find how to ,or where to enter my expences.Even the person who helped me over the phone had a hard time It took him over 20 minutes to find the right entry. Even now I am not sure because there was no way to name and list my expenses. I jurt entered one total amount.

I Hate doing Income Tax
I dislike the whole process of doing Income Tax but TurboTax does make it easier. There are a couple of spots where I was a bit confused and I have Netfiled hoping I've done it correctly......eg. Medical Plan Fees vs Medical Expenses. Otherwise I'm done and happy!

Ever improving product
TurboTax has improved over the years to make it more user friendly. I feel more assured that the returns I have filed electronically filed for family members and myself are completed correctly. My need to consult CRA guides, technical bulletins and other information has declined over the years. However, there were still a couple of issues where I found it necessary to review guides and tax bulletins to complete forms properly as following EasyStep did not provide quite the necessarily level of guidance.

Great tax filing program
I really like turbo tax, it is really easy to use, and works well for forwarding all our tax info ahead for the next year, so it works great year over year. One thing I wish they would put into the program is a charitable donation optimizer, that figures out what you can carry forward without hurting your refund, instead of just optimizing between spouses. Also the medical expense optimizer automaticaly places the medical expenses in the lower income, but doesn't take into account whether the person with lowest income has enough income to benefit their refund. (hope that makes sense) In my case using the optimizer and putting the expenses in my wife's name drops my refund to around $500 instead of $1200 in my name.

Done in 10 Mins or less
First joint return I have done in awhile. So in comparison to how it used to be done, WELL beyond the experience I used to have. Both return balances within 10 minutes.
