Seemed a bit more difficult this year
The flow and questions seemed off this year. Not really able to put my finger on it, while not difficult felt like a bit more effort required. It wasn't bad, just a downgrade of experience from other years.

Turbo Review
Overall it is a good product but I do not like the Optimizer because it doesn't calculate the best way to distribute certain deductions. You have to figure it out yourself

Value
I received my copy automatically but was surprised to see the price I paid higher than if I had not and bought it at Costco.
I believe we, your repeat customers, should receive the product at the same price as it is offered at Costco.

much improved
I had difficulty filing with turbo tax using firefox, but it seems to have been improved. Thanks for the fix turbo tax. I will definitely be using it again until I am old and gone to the glory.

Netfiling this year was the easiest yet, no need for extra paper. Some of the 'in program' additional cost add-ons seemed unnecessary (I've already paid for the program, don't I have everything I need?)

Convenient and simple
This is a very easy to use and comprehensive program. I have used it for several years and have never had any problems or issues with my returns. I have to wonder why they dont have a program that will work with Mac though...This will be my last year using it until they come up with an apple friendly version.

Very easy to use, but it did repeat warnings and tips often even after going back and changing some information. The software should be able to keep any changes it recommends so that it doesn't repeat the same warnings/tips.

Very good purchase
Over all very easy to use, except when you notice a problem something show different you want to go into to correct but you cannot without starting the information all over again. ex: showed had a dependent but wanted to change it to no. I had to restart my filing again then replace saved document.

I found the software fairly easy to use; however, some of their helpful suggestions can be confusing. For example, the hint relating to medical receipts and carrying them over to a future year is not really possible. You CANNOT carry over medical expenses. All medical expenses must be claimed in the year that the expenses were incurred.

DONE AT LAST
PROGRAM SHOULD HAVE MORE LINES FOR LISTING MEDICAL EXPENSES. IT LETS YOU TYPE THEM BUT PUTS MORE THAN 50 AS OTHER EXPENSES.
ALSO WOULD LIKE TO PRINT OUT CONFIRMATION PAGES AFTER NETFILING.
BASICALLY GOOD, EASY TO USE.

Joint filing, he is disable (disablel x entered), she is not, his return is accepted, hers is not until his disabled x are remove from his income tax form and x is added to hers ????? as instructed by your tech.

Great, once it ran
When I first installed the program, it ran only sporadically, often totally refusing to launch. TurboTax tech support was useless. I had used TT2012 without problem, so was surprised by this difficulty. However, after a while, it decided to run, and it ran very well, and very easily. I really like the integrated Netfile -- a lot easier than in previous years.
