Great value
I find Turbo Tax easy to use, there are tips and links to click on if you are not sure if you qualify for deductions.
So much easier than the old manual returns!!
Also this year, filing with CRA was much easier than last year. I will always use Turbo Tax!

I found this version of QuickTax/TurboTax very helpful and easy to use.
The only thing I would like to see is more information and help to complete the RRSP portions, as this is the first year I have ever contributed to it.

Too many ads
This is a good product and fairly easy to use but there are far too many ads for additional services that just get in the way of quick filing. I do returns for several people on various types of assistance. They are not interested in audit defense or any other service. They just want their return filed.

Overall the data input and flow of information requests are easy and intuitive. The results and wizards are easy to see and use. The UI/UE is a bit clunky in some areas, e.g. the activation code is required to be input in the 3-4-3-4-3-4 format instead of just copy/pasting the code that was in the purchase confirmation, and the workflow is peppered with ads for Intuit services. Also, there are questions asked in one area that are repeated in others. Minor annoyances though - overall the product is pretty slick at generating and filing your return.

PRETTY EASY
OVER ALL IT IS EASY TO FOLLOW, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SHARE HOLDER STOCKS, SOME OF THE WORDING IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. THE LANGUAGE COULD BE A LITTLE LESS FORMAL.

Why extra charges
I have been using TurboTax for many years, don´t agree with the extra charges for support that should be included in the price of this software. My returns are simple and I trust the product offered. I would recomend TurboTax to anyone in my position.

Good Quality
NOW THAT WE CAN NETFILE DIRECTLY FROM TURBOTAX, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRINT THE CONFIRMATION FOR OUR RECORDS RATHER THAN JUST "MAKE NOTE" OF THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER.

RRSP and HBP Repayment
Excellent software but when I entered Home Buyer Plan Repayment it didn't prompt me for my total RRSP contribution. This was confusing and took some navigation

Easier every year
I've used TurboTax for years (used QuickTax before). Carry-over makes an easy start. Joint spousal returns saves a BUNCH of calculations.

Been Customer for years
Overall the software is very easy to use. Each year little improvements are added to make it more user friendly. The improvement this year to Net Filing to make it so easy was great. Still some annoying reminder notes pop up even though I have already addressed them in my return. e.g. Pension income splitting.

TurboTax
Saved a lot of time entering information, and calculating, but lots of troubles saving. Liked that I didn't have to save a .tax file and netfile separately from the software this year...much easier.
