Pretty Good
Generally easy to move from one year to the next. Net file is now easier. Some touchy fields in the moving expense form that had to be played with to enter the right numbers. Make sure you closely review the return before submitting

Much more used friendly.
This is my fourth time using turbo tax, I didn't like it the first few years but as they update the software and make it more user friendly, I can now say its pretty good and a whole lot easier to file than in the past.

Quick and Easy.
I have used Turbo Tax and the it's predecessor Quick Tax almost since it started. My refunds have come quite quickly. It is a very straightforward way to do my taxes. It also costs me less than if I went to a tax preparer.

Quick & Efficient
As stated, product was efficient and quick to complete all of the categories. Reason why I didn't give it a 5 star was because near the end there was a glitch when I was entering my rental amounts - the screen just disappeared. I actually had to go to the search function to locate that section again which took all of 2 minutes. It's a great product, but honestly - there's not really any better alternative out there.

Limited Print Options

Problem with Turbotax Crashing
I have used Turbotax for years and 2013 is the first year that I have encountered any problems with the program crashing. Amost every time I start the program and try to open my 2013 return the program 'unexpectedly ends'. I re-open and it is fine.
Hope Turbotax is reading this and solves the problem! A good product but problematic in 2013 for some reason.

Good Tax application
I have been using this app for 7 years. It delivers what you need to complete your return and is easy to use. What I hate is the post-completion survey, that does not allow you to limit contact info to one type (ie telephone or e-mail).

File Standard Return Quickly
A few hickups with professional codes for self employment and one number from pervious return not transferred to current return (Never happened in any previous years of using this software), but otherwise so simple you almost look forward to filing your taxes (but I always get a return!!!)

Buy every year - works well
Good overall tax software, similar to what I have used when working for a commercial tax preparation company. The only real issues I have with this software are that when you go through the review, many warnings come up for input that has actually been put in correctly, and seems to just be there for 'everyone' to go back to check the input... so you never really know if there is an error or not via the review section of the software. As well, it would be more helpful if in the medical expenses section, you could cut/paste with info, so the input is not as time consuming for those with many similar medical expenses.

works for basic use
I find when you have a more technical question it isn't hard to find, but for basic answer the wizard seems ok. may try the new U file next year, but would use this one again if I had to. purchased that last 3 years with little or no issues beside the common technical questions.

SCREEN SIZE
I HAVE TO HIT THE DOWN SLIDE AND THE ACROSS SLIDE IN ORDER TO SEE THE COMPLETE WORKING SECTION. IF I COULD HIDE THE 'LIVE COMMUNITY' BAR, IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER AND QUICKER.

I found it extremely difficult to find information regarding the maximum federal and provincial amounts I could claim as tuition transfer from my children. It's easier to enter their information first then it will transfer to the parents return.

TurboTax
TurboTax is an excellent tax software that continues to have small issues that prevents me from giving it an Excellent overall rating. When accessing the internet, TurboTax insists on opening Internet Explorer; a browser that I hate and never use. Firefox is my default browser, but it never opens the default browser. Like all years, Intuit insists on loading the software with "deals" and "bargains" that I don't want. The "Live Community" just kept giving a "server busy" and would not cancel.
Beyond these issues, the software is excellent at getting good and accurate results. TurboTax is easy to use and gives a good value.
