Not as helpful with UCCB
How to input UCCB is not very well laid out. My husband has the lower income, yet it asks who received it. It then did not put it under either of us. I had to manually put it in the form.

title
Turbo Tax for 2013 was, as usual, a fairly striaght forward package. However, I found myself wasting considerable amounts of time navigating to the screen which allows printing of a T-1 version for personal records, and the second screen which allows printng of a T-1 version for Revenue Canada. A considerable amount of user time could be saved by allowing users to launch either print version from just one screen.

tax return made easy
This year 2013 Turbo Tax is easy to use, and
much easier to netfile a return than before. It saved me time. One thing I would have liked to do was to print the confirmation page, but the program wouldn't allow me to do it this year, so I had to write the confirmation number down when I netfiled and CRA accepted and received the return. Thank you for making this program easier to work with. I have been using a tax program for several years and it's great.

Stabilit Issues
Definitely seeing some stability issues and crashes on Windows 8. If the program is left running for more than a few hours the whole PC crashes. This is repeatable on my PC. Suggests a memory leak.

Pretty good deal
Works well. My 4th year using. Would like to see the option for additional addresses for renters. End up putting it all in one but other than great product.

Typos
I was concerned as I got to the end of the process at the number of typos in your program, especially spelling errors ( deside instead of decide, sucurley instead of securely). Was then left wondering whether there was a similar number of inaccuracies in the mathematics involved!!! Surely (perhaps surley) someone in your organization knows how to use 'spell-checks'.

It's Great
I have used TurboTax for pretty much all of my Tax Returns and will continue. I tell my friends about it every year as they hire someone to do their taxes and wind up paying. I have never paid in to taxes when I have used TurboTax. My only trouble is when I have completed the paper work and am ready to file the program has to be updated. There needs to be a better way that it is already updated once it is downloaded on to the computer. It took a lot of round and round before I found some help from other on the help page. Other than that issue I think Turbo is great and easy to follow.

Easy to use
I have used the program for so long I don't remember when I did without it. I find it very easy to use. Turbo tax ask all the question that have to do with a personal tax return. I've never had a problem with my tax returns. The only thing you need to watch for is that you optimize your deductions that fit your own situation. The default is to the lower income earner, but that is not always the best. Other than that, happy tax return.

Almost Too Easy...
I have been using TurboTax for the past several years and think that this year has been the easiest yet. Plug in a few numbers, click here, click there, done. Thanks intuit for making filing taxes easy for the simple folk like myself.

Printing
I have always found every year I use this program there is a problem printing anything. Today it says choose printer but nothing happens or add printer and nothing happens certainly needs some dcent work done to printing aspect so that it may be used.
Other programs work fine for printing on my computer.

love the new filing method
I have used TurboTax for the last few years, had everything ready to go this year, and sat down tonight to take the 15 minutes to file. You know, saving to a different format, filling in all the information that CRA needed, etc. Imagine my surprise when I hit the "netfile" button, and that was it! It was great. Thanks for thinking of this TurboTax.

Easy to use ....until.
Great easy to use software. My only complaint is when using the "forms" page. If a form is minimized the form title is so shortened that you have to find the right one through trial and error. It would be nice if the minimized forms appeared in some sort of table and when re-enlarged they took the same size and position as when they were minimized. When working with multiple forms it is very cumbersome to go back and forth between them. How about investing some effort into fixing that interface? It has been like this for ages!

Dependents areas need more program options
I am a step mom and as such we incur costs for our children like child care. However their mother claims the children as dependents on her tax return. Your program needs to allow for the other parent who isn't claiming them as dependents the ability to still enter the expense on the return. The only way it will allow me to do it currently is if I claim a child as living with me. you should change it to where I can select that the child isn't living with me but I still have expenses

Easy to use, but no special for loyal users
Product is easy to use and pretty intuitive. Seems to be a fairly thorough check of things one might have missed, although the same checks are repeated. Have used Standard for several years and been pretty happy.
A bit surpirsed that the automatic purchase/renewal program for loyal users isn't really any cheaper than buying from a big box store during tax season.

Good product
Product was fairly good and easy to use for the most part. I think if it is straight forward filing then it is good for all. If you are doing for personal and business then it gets a bit tricky and I believe help should be free with both online and on the phone at least 3 to 5 free calls.

Purchase new program every year
Program worked fine, had to use a Windows Computer will not run on Ubuntu. Would like you to give repeat users a little better deal because we have to purchase a new program every year.
