Easy to Use Software
As always so easy to use and navigate. If your not using this software, but instead going to a tax preparer, then you're throwing your money away!

Great for Tax Dummies for sure

Helpful Software
I purchase Turbo Tax every year. This year I was impresses to see the flags that had been added. However, when it came time to go back to the flags that I had posted, do you think that I could find them??? NOPE! So while that looks like a nice added feature, it's actually not that great since they seem to be hiding somewhere and you're better off to search for them on your own than use the flags.
I like that you can click on certain subjects/options and it will give you a description of what is eligible under that option. That is very helpful. Much easier than going on Google to see what other people had to say about it.

Satisified customer. Need to allow bookmarks to be placed in more than one area. I wanted to go to an exact place in the Easy Step and I had to always go to the begining of a step and then go continue to get to the place I wanted to be really at.

Netfile
It should be MANDATORY to register and update when you load the disk. netfile doesn't work unless you do. very time consuming to try to find these sections.

Easy to Use, Hard to Read
The 2012 TurboTax works quite well, the questions and live help are nice also. The "social" features are a useless me-too gimmick. My biggest gripe is that the program is almost unreadable on large monitors!!! The font cannot be changed as far as I can tell. I guess I could try changing the resolution way down, but that's dumb.

Good Program

watch out for transfers that the product for you!!
Have used this prod. for many years. But this year not impressed with transfers the product does between spouses that you don't qualify for. Then you get net file errors and you have to override to try and fix. Spent a sleepness night and then had to wait 15-20 min for person this am. and then that long again to try and correct the errors. Very frustrated. Please correct the errors for next year!!

Good purchase

Efficient, but help file needs some work
I've used Turbo Tax for many years, and I'm happy with it as a package. This year there were some changes in the forms, and the help file desperatly needed to provide clairification that was lacking. Overall, it's good, but there are some gaps that could use to be filled.

Well worth it
this was very user friendly and easy to navigate and go back to edit any portion of the information as recommendations were made throughout the process. With a basic accounting knowledge I was able to complete returns for myself and my spouse without issue and netfile. Very impressed with suggestions and information available to explain which deductions apply to our individual returns, and which would be available to carry forward to future returns.

Worth It!
I've used this product for years, so long I can't remember. My personal financial situation has changed over the years, but Turbo Tax has always been consistently easy to use. If I needed more than was provided in the standard return, I was always directed to the correct place to get what I needed. I've even gone back and amended previous returns and didn't have a problem. I've recommended this to my friends and family, and they are all as pleased as I am. I have always gotten my value from this product.

Solid & Reliable Product
I have been using Turbo Tax/Quick Tax for several years and I find it very useful and easy to navigate. It is also used by several members of my family, thus, a lot of time is saved preparing the tax returns.

Easy to use. Definetely recommend this product
Very easy to install, very easy to use. The optimizing tool is a great way to maximize your return. It also checks for errors before you are ready to file. Would recommend to anyone with basic knowledge of tax return forms and basic to moderate computer skills.

Almost perfect
I use your product every year BUT found this year to be the most difficult and frustrating when I got to the end and could not NETFILE! I could see from the community comments that this was a BIG problem. Once you get to the end of your taxes and are ready to file.....having to do an update just to file is unacceptable. The ablility to Netfile should be a standard feature from the beginning.....NOT an update. It almost made me want to not use your product again.....but I have had such great success other years, I will continue to support you! Thanks!
