First Time User
Bought Turbo Tax due to excessive charges for what I felt was simple returns. Set up was smooth and filing of taxes was even easier. Help screens explain everything in great detail. Saves returns and files them with ease. Best software for tax returns.

CRA Issues
When downloading forms from the CRA, if your CRA Sign on fails, Turbo Tax pretty much hangs up. I had to abort the program and restart it several times. You can access your CRA account through Service Canada or directly through a CRA account. Does Turbo Tax have a preferred option. My wife's CRA account was locked, so I had to access her CRA information through her Service Canada Account. Instruction on Turbo Tax were not clear and it took several attempts to get it to work.

Comprehensive and Reliable

Great Product
I've been using this product for many years now, it has never given me any problems and is straight forward to use. i like the fact that you can choose at the start on how involved the program is with questions or if you're experienced and just want to go straight into the forms, plus you get tips along the way.

Best Tax Software
Have used this product for many years, even before Intuit bought it. Easy to navigate, never had problem with filling in forms, or let the program lead you through the steps. Netfile is easy, never had any comeback from CRA.

Best Tax Tool on the Market
Turbo Tax application to file your income tax is easy, very friendly to navigate and go thru the process, lots of automation for tax slips like imports, auto fill your profile from previous return information and the ability to change it as well. Very excellent product.
