Foreign Income
It would be helpful for a first-time user if Turbo Tax could state which currency should be inserted, ie currency from source of income or income converted to Canadian Dollars.

Will Use Again!!

Not Impressed
First year I purchased on line. Before I've purchased the cd at a store. This year when I installed updates I got a virus with the down load,. NOT IMPRESSED. Probably will not purchase on line again, Please take me off you mailing list. I've got a year to cool down, May purchase again from a box store.

One Taxpayer at a time
It is most confusing to skip from one tax payer to another when filling in the informations. Enter one taxpeyers total information THEN enter the others total information,just as you would if using a paper return. I use TurboTax every year and this is the only quirk that I have found.

My Turbo Tax Experience
I have used this software for several years and it continues to be a helpful tool for pr4eparing tax returns. I had a little more difficulty finding the forms I wanted to use this year. I am glad I am a seasoned tax preparer because most of the warnings have nothing to do with the return.

Good value
It is a good purchase though I found that sometimes it would be better to have some suggestions such as "usually the lower income earner claims this". It may be helpful if sometimes there would be a "doesn't apply to me/us" check box.

A few hiccups
It is difficult to go back and "undo" changes made through the Review section. I moved some income from myself to my spouse and then tried to undo it later. No joy.

Long time user
I have been a long time user. Since 1994 if I remember correctly. There are some areas that need improving. There are apparent irrevelent questions asked that one has touble deciding which way to answer. That should be improved.

Worth the cost
I have a business, am employed part time, and my spouse is employed full time; we have dependents with numerous deductions.
With the exception of bus passes for our children, every entry was easy to find and include.

Pretty Glitchy this year
I've used turbotax/quicktax for about 15 years now and have always loved it. This is the first year that it seemed to have a lot of little bugs, for example, even though i was entering a valid industry code, it wouldn't accept it, and i had to use a different one than what i used last year. Also, navigation seemed to not work quite right, plus some other little things. I hope you improve it again for next year, or i will have to find another product!

TurboTax 2012
TurboTax worked great and was easy to use after I updated the software. The version that was mailed to me by Intuit caused considerable consternation by doubling my pension income when I selected pension sharing with my spouse. I checked for updates to the software and installed the latest version. Everything worked fine from there. This is my 4th year using TurboTax. 2009 was called QuickTax.

HIGHLIGHTED AREAS

Time saver

Long time user
Been using this program for a very long time for my whole family. It's easy to use, not many changes and able to transfer info and personal info from previous years. I can't see switching to anything else as good habits don't come along that often.
