Easier every year
I have been a turbotax user for lots of years. Since before the name change and it gets easier and easier to do my taxes. I have never had a problem even when my wife was running her own business and I had a rental property on top of a full time job.

Medical Records
The program uses a date range of your choice. When I change the range to our own the program will change it back to your setting whenever I go back to make a change in some other area or to review an earlier area. THIS IS A REAL PAIN. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Best Purchase Always
I have been using Turbo Tax since it started. I like the CRA Auto-fill features so I did not have to fill out the forms except to just double-check them against the hard copies that the financial institutions sent me. So far, I find it simple & very easy to use.

Drifted off course
I was working merrily along and then I moved from easy steps to add another form. I could not get back to easy steps after that change. I don't know what I did wrong to go astray but I did not panic. Luckily I have used Turbotax for many years and could navigate through the rest of my process to kind of work through the easy steps. It's all good now.

Happy results
I have been using Turbo Tax for the last past five years. I am an old timer who still believe in paper. But when I tried Turbo Tax for the first time, I was super happy. No more paper, no stress. All but enjoyment doing my taxes at end of year. It's a great product and very user friendly. Can't go wrong.
