Would be lost without it!
I'm so grateful for TurboTax! I love being in control of my own tax return, with the ability to go back and re-enter information I have forgotten or fix an error. It is simple and so easy to use, I will never use anything else. Thank you TurboTax!

Easy to use
Turbo tax is so easy to use, it walks you through a tax return, it is almost fool proof. I enjoy the carry forward feature from the previous years tax information.

Indispensable tool at tax time!
We have used Turbo Tax and its predecessors for many years, and really appreciate the completeness of their forms and schedules. Excellent for 'what-if?' experiments.

Where did the business export feature go!!!
I have used the standard product for years and have been very happy. With the exception of the year they removed the business export feature from the standard version and created a business version to charge us more.
Being a user of Quickbooks Pro, I was able to export my tax information to the tax program. Now I need to manually enter it. What a pain, if this feature was added to the standard version, I would say it is a great product.
I'm sure for those that remember they would agree.
Customer satisfaction has a price..

Useful but ugly tool
The tips/warnings/errors are extremely useful in maximizing tax savings on a claim, and the software is quite snappy to use.
My only complains are that the user interface is very ugly and chunky to work with. It's easy to get lost in a mess of forms with no way to back up to the form you originally clicked on. Instead you have to start over and hope you remember where you were.
The little strip along the bottom to change between returns is tiny and very weird.
I'm also not thrilled that all the web links open directly in Internet Explorer. The application should respect your computer's default browser setting like every other application out there.
Overall, though, I got my taxes done pretty quickly and Netfiled without issue.

It is easier with Turbo Tax
I like that I can just enter my information and the system does all the work. I hated having to use a calculator and then discover I missed a field. TurboTax checks all fields relevant fields and does all the calculations. This takes less time and makes income tax season more pleasant.

3rd year using Turbo Tax
This is the 1st year when I saved an incomplete file and came back to work on it that I couldn't open it. I also think the product should automatically upgrade when you install the program on your computer...not have to upgrade each time you do a return. Our family comes here to do their report and filing and also fairly simple by using the warnings or tips. Keep up the good work and make it easier to use.

Crashed Frequently for the First Time in 10 years
I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years. This version crashed at least 10 times in preparing my tax returns, resulting in multiple reentry of data. Not impressed at all, although overall I love the product and will use it year after year. However, if this was my first use of it, I would have been extremely frustrated and disappointed in the product.
It made me wonder if all the bells and whistles, and continual reminders to upgrade are making the product less stable.

Helpful and Efficient
My tax return went much faster this year than any year previously, due almost exclusively to the assistance of TurboTax in keeping my numbers straight and simplifying the process of filing. I appreciate the assistance, and would recommend this software to anyone who wants less bureaucratically imposed stress in their life.

Good Experience
first time user of Turbo Tax. It was very user friendly. I loved the help screen and all the help tabs within each section. I also loved the fact that I could go to each section from the menu at the top, so when I wanted to easily get to a section all I had to do was click on that item at the top of the menu. I would reccommend this to anyone from the beginner to the advanced.

An available tax expert now.
I do more than one tax return so I find Turbo Tax makes it much easier. There was something wrong with the netfile section last year but it worked fine this year. I used the help phone number this year about a problem and the expert I got really was one. He explained what I needed to find out and should do. Being able to actually talk to someone is great. I still find a few of the questions confusing but it has improved significantly.

Hard to do
I find the writing too small, you almost need a loop to see the writing.
An arrow at the top would also be nice, to go back and forth.
Wish that when you go to forms to enter something,it would automatically enter the info on easy steps.
