Advisor Error
One problem we encountered was that when the review was being done the Advisor stated that we had entered more than double our actual medical expenses. When checking back this was not the case and our enteries were correct.

As a senior, I found it difficult in reading the fronts of the software, especially the pop up windows. Is there any way you have modity the software so that the size of fronts can be adjusted.

Really easy to use
I was stisfied with your product 5 years in a row. It is sufficient for my family needs. It walks me throug whenever I am a student, work, have a dependent, or have any amounts that I brought over from previous years.

Excellent Product, So Easy
I was amazed at how easy Turbo Tax made filing my taxes. I have always been scared of filing by myself because taxes seem so daunting. With Turbo Tax I filed for myself and my husband in one evening, and with access to the online agents I had my questions answered quickly. Thank you for saving me a pile of money, both with the return/audit policy and with the cost of the product itself.

Great purchase
I found Turbo tax east to use and very useful. Once comment: I found that I had difficulkty reading the print on the screen at times. A more distinct font or colour might help this issue. I found the pale blue hard to read. ?

It would be helpful to be able to work with both returns at once so that when you are asked what your spouse's income is from their tax form you could have it rather than guessing

Good but late and expensive
I like Turbotax but it is expensive and does not come out till late January. I like to use the Christmas break to get started with my return and get a feel of what my RRSP contribution should be.
(I use pay slips and charitable receipts to estimate).

Clear and concise!
I've cut doing my taxes by days! Most times one evening is all I need, but I always leave it for a day and go back just to be sure I haven't missed anything. Turbo tax walks you through everything though so it's pretty fail proof. It takes the stress out of doing taxes!

Needs Presentation Improvement
Every year I file this opinion. Every year it is ignored.
TurboTax is very hard to read on my very fine computer screen. The type is too small and much too thin to read easily. It needs a better font and a bold font. Also screen colours could be brightened for better contrast.
For a program that is intended to serve many people with varied eyesight, with forms hardly visible, TurboTax does poorly.
Fix it! - I repeat if you want a better assessment.

medical expenses
It would be great to see a way to import medical expenses from Excel or an easier way to enter/copy/paste in Turbo. I have over 50 receipts and it is very time consuming to enter.

I like how this year's version is easier to use with drop down sections when you select them. Northern Travel benefit is better, too, although I had one override; better than previous years!

I would like to see a less expensive product for users that only do one to three returns.
I like that you can phone someone to ask questions about tax returns and how to use turbo tax, as I did not understand how to use or enter some information

More challenging to use then before
Has a harder time with TurboTax this year then I have had any previous year. Nothing major changed in our lives in the past year and was quite surprised that it took much longer to file this year. Had some errors that were difficult to fix.
