Confusing as all heck
Better than doing taxes by hand but often doesn't tell you what area it is questioning you about, especially if you do direct sales like Tupperware.

One of my Best Purchases
This programs is very simple to use. When others told me that it was easy I was optimistic but I went ahead and purchased it and it was the best thing I did. I recommend this product to anyone

Familiar software, easy to use
I have used the software for a number of years and it is relatively easy to use. Nice feature is taking your basic info from previous year. Poor features are repetitive warnings of not much consequence.

Like the product
Like the product and like Intuit but I want todo this on my mac without using bootcamp. With so many Macs being purchased, I hope to see a return of the Mac versions of your many fine products. When will there be an app for this?

User friendly taxes
I found Intuit Turbo Tax to be very user friendly, I was able to use the "forms" system without any problems. My income tax has now been "netfiled" and is done!

Turbo Tax Wonderful

Clean and Easy
Works good even for a math-a-phobe like me!
Wording is simple and all the math is hidden unless you really need to see it
Love the refund number up in the corner keeps track of what costs me and what saves me money
My BOSS says give to ceasar what is ceasar's this make me sure I'm doing just that!

Great program and support!
I have been using TurboTax (QuickTax) for many years now. It makes tax time so much easier.
I needed some advice on how to file a life change so I used the free Tax Expert service. They were very helpful.

I have been using this product for a number of years and find it easy to use and accurate. Once you enter the information the program does the work. If you forget to enter information the program will remind you. It is a total package that works well.

easy step
I found Easy Step improved quite a bit this year. Steps used a well thought out word style lacking in previous years. You still must read the steps carefully as your interpretation may be different then Turbo Tax. A nice improvement.

When I type in questions to the "live community" my computer freezes as the connection is being made and I lose any data already entered on the return on which I am working and have to re-enter from the beginning.

Easy to use BUT...
I have used QuickTax (now TurboTax) for many years...and it is generally very intuitive and accurate...However, THIS time...for some reason, it printed out duplicate BLANK copies of some of the forms. I had to go through the 55 pages and weed out the duplicates that had no figures on them...No idea why that happened...Aside from that glitch, very happy with the program.

Great system
We have been using the TurboTax products for at least 8 years now. I automatically get one each year. I have never had a problem with the Government since using TurboTax. We are happy.
