Found it more difficult to switch between fields for two people whose tax forms were being prepared together. Also, found the deductions optimizer did not really address the optimization of donations made. By deciding myself whom to credit with which donations I could get a better refund than when I used the suggested optimizer amounts. That should not be. Perhaps something to look at in order to improve the product. Loved the pension splitting optimizer, though. It worked wonderfully.

super easy tax returns
I will never overpay for a guy in a suit to do my taxes again. turbo tax makes it rediculously easy to prep your taxes, just put in all your info as you follow the questions and BAM! taxes done. really that simple. Get on the band wagon folks cause it's the way to go!!!

medical travel expense
In your easy steps and general view there were no prompts for medical travel expenses. For people who don't know about this they will be missing out with your program. I always have to search for this through find.

The size of the print is much too small, and not dark enough, I find it very difficult to use without squinting my eyes, therefore I have to leave my computer several times and return to complete my taxes, takes me much longer by having to do this. I will discontinue using Turbotax if it has not improved by next tax season. Thanks for listening!!!

Great easy program to use
I have used Turbo Tax and prior to that Quick Tax for over tweny years. I have tried other tax prep programs in the past, however, they were not as easy to use. I always go back to Turbo Tax. I feel confident with this program.

This is good software to use, but no one does his taxes in one go. When one returns to a tax return, after having saved it earlier, it's difficult to go back to the exact spot one started with, even with the flags in place. This makes the process somewhat tedious if you start and stop several times. The actual questions asked and the logic followed is useful and I have used this software for several years.

I have used Quick Tax / Turbo Tax for 4 years now and find it mostly easy to use and a real time saver when preparing my taxes. I would spend over two hours doing taxes for my wife and I and now I'm done in about an hour or less.

Good, but could be better
I found getting to pages or forms a little clumsy - navigating back a couple pages, for example.
Screen font size was small for these older eyes - as is this form, for that matter. Pixels are free - make it bigger!

good program
i use turbo tax every year and find it meets my needs. i have a problem with changes made each year. it gets confusing. the medical expenses especially. why don't you just leave the program the same for a few years so that we oldsters can just go in and whip right through it. have you ever heard of the sayinf , if its not broken, don't fix it. please leave the program the same for a while. i love doing my taxes on the program but it gives me a headache when i have to try and figure out where it has changed from last year. otherwise great program
