Makes all the difference for me
Turbotax has many features that make it possible to complete the tax return without too much fussing. The Easy Step method is one I use year after year. I could do with a couple more icons to make it easier to flip back and forth from the regular forms to the Easy Step ones, but other than that, it is pretty simple. I have confidence in the results and have been happy with using it for at least ten years now. Thank you for being available!

Good product but could be better
TurboTax does a good job calculating your taxes but the interface could be improved to make data entry much friender. Example: Medical Receipts, you have to type the same info repeatedly. Why can't the program anticipate your input from previous entries and allow overtyping. Look at Excel
Navigation has improved over the years.

First time TurboTax User
It by far is easier than other companies. Found it a little difficult having to put both spouse information in at 1 time- but well worth it in the end. Thanks Turbo Tax

easy-peazy
This is the easiest and most affordable way of preparing and filing income tax. This is my second year using the program to file all my family returns. I highly recommend it to anyone with similar basic income requirements.

Overall Review
The product does what it is supposed to do in an easy way. However, again this year, I cannot print my tax return unless I save the file as a PDF. This is annoying. My printer shows up in the list of available printers and, although I can select it, the PRINT button is grey and does not allow me to print. Please fix this!!!

Save and Print all Carried Forward Info
A great product with one minor exception. Carried forward information does not retain SIN of alimony recipient and each year it needs to be dug up from the paperwork files. This information does not even get printed on forms to make it easier. All other carried forward information is printed and retained. Why not this?

Easy, Simple, Useful
Filing the entire families returns is very easy using TurboTax and NetFile. Collect all your documents and let the program walk you through it. If you hit any snags the help is very useful, although it will occasionally require some digging past the immediate answer if you have an unusual circumstance.

Simple to Use
I have used this program for many years now and continue to be impressed by the improvements in each version. TurboTax provides comprehensive explanations at every step you need them really letting you better understand the ins and outs of taxes and getting you the best return possible.

Great - except
Everything works great except the ability to remove a form once you select it whether or not it is selected by mistake. If you put the wrong form on your spouse's return, then it is impossible to remove it without purging all the work you did and starting all over again. This I don't understand. Does it mean that Inuit programmers do everything perfect and NEVER makes a mistake? As a retired IT Manager, I know better......

Great software - difficult if outside of Canada
This is a great piece of software and the easy step process is great if you are resident IN Canada at the time of filing. Outside of Canada it is easy to purchase over the phone and download but there are issues with filling in the address section. The actual tax section is fantastic and they have easy ways to get your maximum return.

I use this every year
I have been using Turbo Tax (formerly Quick Tax) for a number of years and it has always been great! Straight forward and easy to use, letting you see how different amounts affect your refund. It's so easy and so great!

Good TaxTimes
Program is clear and easy to use. Review functions could be better when all done. If you go back to a tab to change or check something the NEXT and Back keys continuiously move on the screen so you cant review quickly when trying to jump through screens quickly.

a good program
not user friendly enough when using form method jumps to wrong places so you have to exit the program and start again, this has been around for years....obviously has not stopped me from using it, but I am getting fed up with it though....!

Great product but don't buy direct from Intuit
I have used TurboTax (previously QuickTax) for many years and will continue to use it but I will not buy direct from Intuit again. The price charged by Intuit for the Standard downloaded version was a minimum of 10% higher than a boxed version with transportation costs and retailer markup. I would rather see the money stay locally than boost an out of province company.

After Years of Using Standard
Step by step great 4 simple tax filing!
Easily navigated 4 more sofisticated returns.
Difficulties saving files when dealing with filing netfile.
Netfiling needs 2 b made more simple in windows 7
Works excellent if one takes the time and effort to maximize the tax advantages built into Turbo Tax.

Quick and easy
Using the easy steps gets the most bang for your buck. Using netfile speeds refund and tax savings and errors are caught before you file. I like that last years fiels auto-populate the next year.
