Worthwhile
I have used Turbotax for many years, and can't imagine doing this by hand! (does anyone still do that?) I have not used any other product so can't compare, but compared to other apps and programs I find this one quite easy to use even though my return is not straightforward. Certainly much cheaper than a tax prep service.

Love it
I have used this software and its predecessor for years as a salaried employee, self-employed professional, and retired person with investments. It is easy to follow, and every year they seem to come up with improvements.
It's cheap, convenient, and because I entered the information and followed the program, I know how it was done should CRA come calling.

printing a PITA
everything worked great, support great, will be using it again next year
printing, printing forms and saving files needs improvement. you cannot save a file on own. printing a form needs several steps to be able to print and then loops to get to the place to print

The program prints out too much paper for sections that are not applicable in both the record and what is sent to the CRA. It even printed out instructions to send to the CRA i.e
in T1135

Do not do the survey at the end. It is 55 questions and takes far too long to complete. Just skip unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your time. Should be 5 questions not 55

Easy as Pie
This is the best method for filing one's income tax. I've tried the online version but it's not the same. As a result I've gone back to the tried and true CD and have way fewer headaches. Don't change a thing.
