Great system
Turbo Tax is a program which can be used by anyone preparing a tax return in Canada. The system takes you through the documents needed and helps to input in the correct box.
The help feature is very good focus queries by family members as you prepare the return

Needs Work
Every year I have the same problem when I'm filing. This is when you browse to find the .Tax file and affix it. You should try to make this step more user friendly.

Easy to use but could be improved
Overall the program is good and easy to use if your taxes are straightforward. My biggest complaint is that you cannot transfer last year's data if you completed your taxes through their website instead of their software the previous year.

Dudley could do it
If I can handle filing my tax return and handle my 9 month old at the same time. Without worrying about making mistakes. Than what do you have to worry about? It's easy and the 'ask a tax professional' option is a real life saver. Never paying for an accountant for tax filing ever again.

not as smooth
I found this years turbo tax easy to use but not as smooth as the previous years. Too many pop ups for upgrading are included in this program. If i wanted the upgraded programs i would have bought them. to start with. All i need is a simple tax program.

Whenever a browser function is required / invoked, IE Explorer is ALWAYS invoked, instead if the default browser setup by the user, which could be ANYTHING else than IE.
TurboTax should start the user specified default browser, whatever that is defined to be.

Only one issue
It dosen't automatically pick up on that I live in a Northern Living Allowance zone, even though it has in the past. Minor concern, as long as you read through your deductions at the end, you'll catch it. Would be nice if it read your location at entered it for you though.

My real complaint is that I cannot open .tax file in my computer after 3 hours of trying--The other years that I have used your program, there was no trouble-- Now I will have to send by mail and very unhappy
