Quality Ease of Use

Really great purchase
I love the product. I have used it for two years now. One suggestion I would make is to make corrections easier in the easy step screens so you don't have to go back to the forms.

So Simple and Easy to Use
I usually struggle with filing my taxes at home or pay alot for someone else to do it. This was cheap and easy. I will be TURBOTAXing my file every year now, and telling ALL my friends about it!

great program
i have been using turbo tax for the last two years and i am thouroughly pleased with the software my only problem this year was figureing out what the criteria was to claim some of the tax credits. they should link all credits avalable with the defenitions and requirments (i found what i was looking for but i had to dig for it)

Font size difficult to read
The software is easy to use. However the font size is too small to read. Hopefully it can improve to make the font size larger and easily to read. This can be help some elder people to use this software.

tip re bank interest
the only way to delete undeclared extra bank interest is to NOT bring in last year's information.
My interest was showing +$400 which I could not otherwise delete until I started all over again and enterd all info from scratch

Problem with printing
The zero under the "preference" is not clear enough . I had problems when printing this file the zeros did not print nor did they show up on the saved pdf .

Does the Job
I have used the INTUIT tax software before but I normally do my tax returns by hand. Decided to buy this software and to my suprise it was this version for 2011 is much easier to use. The only negative thing that I can say adout it is that if you make a wrong selection it is sometimes difficult to find the mistake to correct it. Otherwise it does a good job. Make sure you have all your information and know what deductions you can claim.This will prevent mistakes when preparing your tax return and prevent warnings at the end. Overall I give it a 4/5.

The only way to go!
Easy enough to use. Allows me to file my return and get my refund quicker without having to pay a taxpreparer a portion of my hard-earned refund.
Would highly recommend this tax preparation software! The tax saving tips are a great tool.

Love the product. I always wish you would sync
your dates with revenue canada netfile.
eg you show birthdates day/month/year and
netfile is year/month/day
so if I do not know month of persons birthday I
have to do it twice until I learn the difference of
you both.

This is an excellent product and very easy to use. Turbo Tax is very user friendly with blue letter text to expand on portions that some people may have questions about. optimizer for medical expenses and donations
