Have used for years
I have been using the download version for probably 10+ years. I love it! very easy to use. I tried the online version this year and found it a little more confusing and more expensive. No coupon discount and you pay per return. I switched back to the download standard version(get 8 returns) it was less money than doing 2 returns online and I got a coupon code. Online I think would be a good way to go if you were only doing 1 return.

gOOD PRODUCT. mY ONE COMPLAINT is.
When you go to the tslips or Receipts pages, the writing. Font is very small. Difficult to yead with 68 year old eyes. I have to use a magnifying glass to be able to read it. This should be fixed before next year I Hope.

#1 Best Tax Services in Canada
I always use Intuit TurboTax Services to meet all my tax needs. This program is very easy to use, with straightforward languages that even new users can understand and complete their taxes for the year on their own. Tax experts are always ready and friendly for answering all the questions that users might have. However, would be great to lower the prices a little bit for customers to use the tax services for their maximum returns. This will be very beneficial for most of us, who are struggling to payments.

Easy to Use
If your taxes are simple, this is a great piece of software. It walks you through the process. You can opt to import from CRA or not. I prefer not to. I really like filing using NETFILE at the end. You can do returns for other family members and friends too.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. I know I can get a free service from some source but the ease and accuracy of this program gives me confidence that my return will be accepted and not challenged. A far easier way than doing by hand as I used to!!
