Generally quite easy to use. A few suggestions to make it even better:
- I had a hard time trying to find the list of CCA categories. When I finally found them, there seemed to be two different lists. If I was doing this for the first time I would have been totally confused!
- I was using the medical expense deduction for the first time. The optimizer didn't seem to transfer the amounts directly to my return. As well, the date format on the optimizer was in American fashion (mm/dd/yyyy), while on the return itself it was European (dd/mm/yyyy) - again a bit confusing!
those minor annoyances aside, it is still excellent software that saves me a pile of work!

Great Program

Clear and Easy
TurboTax is the best tax software I have every used. I have strayed from TurboTax maybe twice in the past, but have always found myself coming back to TurboTax. It is the easiest and most fun to follow. The other software companies I have used caused unnecessary stress.

Quick and Easy
I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and it gets better every year.It has all the tax tipps you need so you can't really screw it up unless you enter the wrong numbers yourself. It's goof proof if you take your time and read all the details.

Purchase Turbotax every year
I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. It is a great program, am able to find answers to my questions and it is easy to follow though. I would not use any other program. It is a reasonable price also.

I have used Turbo Tax for around 18 years and have never been disappointed. I used to use a tax service, but you can save a lot of money using this program. I have never felt that a tax service can do a better job than Turbo Tax, especially since so many of them use this same program anyway. Just punch in your numbers and the program does the rest. You can rest easy with Turbo Tax.

The Best

User Friendly
I have been using TurboTax (TT) since TT started. I have tried other soft wares but TT is the most user friendly. I always use forms version and has never used "Easy Steps". Therefore my comments only apply to the form version.
Please note, I consider myself an expert on filing taxes. I file taxes for few friends of mine.
To me there is no other tax software better than Turbo Tax. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

Standard is all you need!
Used Turbo Tax Standard and it provided everything I needed to complete my return, including basic investments as well as rental property. Would recommend using Standard to most folks! (I had used Premium in the past)

I've been using this product for a long time and it's never let me down. I'm a simple man with one rental income property. I income split with my wife and use the optimizing tool. Love it. One caution note though is to do a little tax research on your own so your not totally in the dark when doing your taxes. Good luck!
