Easy to Use
TurboTax software is easy to use so using it to do taxes and submitting by NetFile gets you your refund quickly. I like how the software can auto fill my return using the information from last year and what CRA has on file. There are helpful suggestions about situations that might apply to you as you are doing your return. I also like how you can do multiple returns as I always do them for other family members as well as myself.

Turbo Tax Canada
Have used this product for several years & mirrored it to the results a large accounting firm calculated for my returns with the same results. Turbo Tax is far cheaper & just as good as the accounting firm. Highly recommend this product

The menu of forms that apply to me should also list the name of the form, not just the number. The numbers alone do not mean anything to me.

Easy to use
Have used TurboTax for 5+ years. Was using H&R Block prior to that. Always satisfied with how easy it is to use and all the different options there are for different user levels / needs as life and situations change. Very systematic and thorough review process which makes for high confidence when filing with the CRA.

Tax Return
Being new to the Country I had previously used certified Tax Accountant's but after a really bad experience in 2018, I decided to try filing my own taxes. The purchase of the software was straight forward and the daunting process of completing my Tax Return began. After a 45 minute experience I wondered why I was so wary in the first place as TurboTax was straight forward and relatively easy to use and understand.
There were experts at hand if necessary as well as a self help which I used on a couple of instances and obtained the solution to my problem.

Easy to Use for Beginners
This was my first tax file ever, and I was daunted by the idea of filing--but by using the beginner settings in this program, it made the whole process really easy! It was way better than I imagined, and I had no reason to be scared by my filing my taxes. 100% recommend this software.

Good but not perfect
One thing i would really like to see is that ALL boxes which are on the various tax slips show up in TurboTax - i keep looking for boxes with amounts in them and they are NOT being displayed; i wasted hours searching only to find out eventually that this 'particular' box is not shown because it is not required to be filled in.
