Easy to use!
I like the fact that the prompts allow you to go back and forth to see if you forgot anything at any time. I love the fact that it is simple and easy to use. This is my 7th year using Turbo Tax and I will buy it again. I highly recommend it.

good but....
Two problems..program did not correct my errors on the T1135 form to satisfy CRA, also I could not netfile the return for my late wife, who died in February 2020.

Good morning: This is the second year that I have used "TURBOTAX" standard and find it very easy to do the return. I have been using tax software for the past 15 years and find this one fantastic for someone with moderate income and no business income that requires a lot of preparation before starting the return.
As I mentioned that I have been using tax prep. software for quite some time, but I want to say that people would find this easier if they has some knowledge of doing taxes before starting the return of the software. I have been in the tax preparation business for 54 years before retiring, but still enjoy doing returns.

Very easy to use, use it for 4 years already!
Turbotax is very user friendly software, you are being asked questions to understand what is relevant for you , and it guides you step by step. you can also submit everything online without going to the store and buy the disk. Very recommended!

Easy to use
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It is always very user friendly. The key is to have all of your information available and at your finger tips when you begin your return. After that it is simply following the process.

Love Turbo Tax

All Around Best Tax Product
I have been a Turbotax customer for many years. Not only because the software itself is great, but more so because of the incredible support. Whenever I am stuck I call the support line and get the answers I need. The support staff are patient, resourceful, and professional. I could write a book of how amazing the support and product are but let me keep it simple. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BAR NONE!!!!

Loyal to Turbotax
I have used Intuit Tax Preparation software since it was called QuickTax and Intuit was based in Edmonton, AB. I find it totally reliable and a breeze to use, especially for straightforward returns. Thanks for relieving my tax-time stress TurboTax!

Room to improve
When I first purchased Turbo Tax way back when, I thought that with each new tax year software it would automatically import all my previous years info, such as address and names, from the previous years software.
Maybe I had used a different brand, and if that is the case, I highly suggest you incorporate that into next years version as it saves so much time.

Why not available for Chrome?
Too bad I have to use Windows. Would much prefer Chrome. Otherwise it works smoothly and (hopefully) correctly.

TT Standard
Turbo Tax Standard always does the job for us--easy to use, allows multiple returns and it has a seamless interface between TT and CRA (for netfile). Our returns are not complicated, and TT does it all!!!

Easy, accurate, fast
TurboTax is easy and with on-line filing, lightning fast. If you have a very simple home-based business, like tutoring, don't bother spending the extra money on a fancier version of TurboTax. The Basic version is fine and actually has ALL of the forms you are likely to need.
