Using it For Years
TurboTax just works and the Easystep process makes it easy! The only hiccup I had was trying to register the software, I kept getting an error message not able to connect. Tried it many times on different days and still the same. Otherwise great product.

Great Product
I have used TurboTax for many years. I have had complicated returns, with pensions, investments, consulting income, medical expenses etc.
The only improvement I really want is the ability to copy and paste tables from other programs, such as my capital gains lists or medical expenses from Excel.

Great product overall.
Turbo tax is a great and easy to use product overall. there are slight kinks here or there, but can be worked around. One common problem is the securities quantity in a T5008 form. It registers as dollars and can therefore only go to two decimal places. Securities usually are four decimal places. Intuit should look into fixing this.

Still Great
I have used Turbotax and its predecessor for many years. I like the ease in which to prepare tax returns. However, I do not like the latest version that splashes "Duplicate Do Not Send By Mail" on every page. It's an insult to my intelligence.

I've been using Turbo Tax since the early 2000s
I think you should check that Turbo Tax hasn't entered downloaded T slips more than once due to downloading from CRA more than once .

The Turbo Tax was good as usual. My only negative comment is that clicking on some boxes looking for a "yes" or "no" answer, the box remains blank and appears to fill in several minutes later after you click on another blank box.

I had trouble with registering on line for some reason that was not evident. Then I couldn't get into CRA to autofill my return, seemingly because I had not registered. After I went through the registration exercise several times it finally let me into the CRA to autofill.

ERROR in Program
The program does not seem to recognize I am withdrawing from a RRIF and keeps telling me I have unused Income that can be used to contribute to an RRSP. The other income is a result of my pension paying the extended medical premiums.

Best Purchase

2019 taxes done
Easy to do taxes, brings forward last year's infomation, allows Autofil to download tax info from CRA, walks user thru all the steps and covers all the bases. Files tax returns via Netfile and provides PDF tax return copy for each return. I have used for several years, this is a very good product.

Makes Prep & File Much Easier
I am retired and yet have a small private business that was a real head-ache for doing the tax prep and filing. Throw in my private trades on the market and the pain only increased. Turbo Tax std keeps the pain meds in the cabinet - 1 Day and I am done! That includes doing my wife and income splitting, as well.
