Not so good!
- Reference to line numbers in paper version is useless.
- When doing your return you wouldn't know what your spouse's netcome would be before doing hers and vice versa.
- When I got my NETFILE confirmation number, I couldn't print the page and save it for my record because there was no print option, only Print Setup!

Not easy to use when you purchase Turbo Tax on the website and then the next year you buy a disc (due to the web site was misleading, as I stated last year). Not able to bring info from the previous year forward (at least I was not able to find).
Easy to Netfile, but the wording is confusing as to has my file been received or not, guess I will find out when monies are received or not. Good thing I do them early in case the Netfile did not happen.
Plain english such as "Your file as been received and your tax return is complete" would work

Deduction lines
I found the page a bit crowded when completing the filling of boxes from my T4 slip into your files. Other than that as a first time user I hope I did it right! It was easy step by step to follow.

Notwhat it used to be!
We have used TT for 4 years now and had the program "crash" twice this time around ? It appears that perhaps new upgrades had some gliches to work out! Was surprised to see when I went on line looking for help how many individuals were also having difficulties! Not certain if this is normal or not? End filing process worked great however I would have to say "not as user friendly as was in the past!

2013 Glitchy...
The program has worked better in previous years... This year's program (2013 tax year) would not let me enter my RRSP information through the wizard, it kept skipping through this part. I tried to enter manually in the forms and that didn't work either. I had to search individual fields with the help function and jump in that way... whenever I tried to "enter more RRSP information" it kept taking me to the wrong page...

-Constant in your face advertising after you've already purchased it

a bit of trouble
it went very smoothly from the beginning and we were very impressed at how easy it was, until we tried to netfile our return. it would not let us click on that option and we have had a hard time finding answers and eventually just ended up having to mail our return in. a little disappointed

Product has deteriorated
I've used TurboTax for numerous years, but think this will be my last. Functionality around GST rebate has deteriorated -- using the override on Form 370 means the return is no longer eligible to Netfile. Too bad!

It only takes one problem to turn me off
I was almost done when it kept telling me I had a problem with my medical deductions. But I hadn't entered any medical deductions!! No matter what I did it kept saying there was an error with medical deductions and do I want to fix it?. There was no one to email about it - I would have to use the telephone if I wanted help (unless I wanted to pay extra for online chat!!). I finally had to scrap it, start fresh and enter everything all over again - what a pain.

GREAT IF YOU DONT TRY TO THINK TOO MUCH
SOME OF THE AREAS WERE NOT VERY CLEAR IN THE EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT WAS TO BE ENTERED. THE AREA THAT I HAD TROUBLE WITH WAS RRSP AND THE PENSION INCOME SPLITTING. NEVER HAD TO CALCULATE THAT AREA BEFORE SO I JUST LEFT IT UP TO TURBO-TAX. HOPE ITS RIGHT.
