Easy to Use; Flexible
I like the fact that TurboTax gives me two methods of preparing my tax - EasyStep and Forms, and lets me swap back and forth between the two continually.
I also like that it enables me to do pension-splitting easily, by providing me with the choices of splitting yes or no, and even with yes, what some of the splitting amounts provide, in the way of total tax paid between my spouse and myself - up to showing me the maximum benefit possible.
I also like how it lets me choose who claims medical receipts and/or charitable deductions - my wife or myself, and shows me the total taxes paid with each method.
Complaints / Suggestions: For capital gains, I would like to be able to enter the amount once, and then tell TurboTax that we are splitting it 50%, so it can do the calculations. It doesn't do that. I have to enter all the gains in both spots - once for me; once for my wife, and pre-split them into the correct amount.

Pretty easy to use
I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now. It's user friendly and walks you through. There are helpful tips but sometimes they are hard to navigate. Overall, happy with it. Warning - don't get pulled into the "Short Reader Survey" at the end - its 55 questions long, and tedious. I ditched at about question 22.
