Continued use
I have used this product for several years. I have a relatively simple income tax but I do find I get terribly tense while trying to do it all correctly. To my knowledge it has always been correct. This year I had to call on the phone Turbo 2x. They have a ?machine that takes the details but then a live person who was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke clear English & resolved my issues. I might warn - do not buy the program with a disc if you do not have a disc drive - they can help you easily with a call but better to choose the proper program in the 1st place.

Great Product

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years. This is the second time that I have purchased online and downloaded. I find the 2019 online program to be a bit 'buggy' as it has often shown an error that I then have to choose the program again. Other than that, it has been a great program and easy to use.

Works well
I have used Turbo Tax for many years. While still great this year's is not as good as previous years. Could not import basic info from my previous returns and on the left hand side missed the chart that gave summary.
Should mention I started by using download version but did not work well so bought the CD which worked fine.

Has to be TURBO TAX !!

Same good program-easy to use, but didn't like key entries this year. After entry it blanks out till hit next box. Wouldn't accept election Canada tags until actual filing. More difficult to get to the worksheets to enter this year. Seemed unstable

Straight-Forward Tax Tool
For taxpayers with reasonably straight-forward income and expenses, the Standard version is very simple to use and navigate. Despite the program's prompts to suggest an upgrade may be in order, based on the mix of inputs and personal finances, the Standard version is very adequate, with the necessary Optimizer tools. The application seems to get simpler to use each year.
