Lots of errors
I have used this program since it was developed and have never had this much frustration with my taxes. There are areas where forms do link correctly with each other which required me to override forms. I will be looking into how easy it will be to transfer my existing tax information to a new program. I usually really like this program and have found it easy to use in past years.

Turbo standard
Pension splitting and medial expense sharing very confusing.
I bought this software tried it and after several attempts with many different results I decided to get help, and throw away your product.

More problems than I need
for whatever reason I had many problems with the programs that cost me both time and money.
I had to pay for assistance that was a result of the program.
I had to file by mail for one account because I kept getting a message that I had errors to fix that I couldn't even access.
I spent many hours on problems that should not have occured.
I am very disapointed.

Desktop Client - Terrible
The software works well I suppose, but it's incredibly annoying that the web interface and desktop client don't transfer your information. I prepared my return online in draft, then purchased the software separately at a retailer and could not upload the access key. It forced me to redo the entire return on the desktop client, since there is no ability to save/transfer the online forms to the desktop client. Extremely frustrating and annoying and a waste of time to re-do the same thing over and over again. The desktop product also has a worse interface, and crashed without saving several times when trying to connect with CRA.

Fed up with...
I'm fed up with registration nag and up selling screens I have to click through. I paid for software, not for the opportunity to allow Intuit to market services to me.
I'll be using StudioTax next year.

Terrible interface with CRA
When trying to connect to CRA, the first contact through Turbotax was fine. After this, there were errors in the connection causing Turbotax to freeze and no way to back out of it. This ultimately causes Turbotax to crash. I lost count after 5. I was able to circumvent the issue but only since I have some knowledge of programs and logic flow. Prior years were great!

The program kept telling me i was over my limit of returns and wanting me to upgrade when the counter clearly states that i had 6 more to go out of my allowed 8.

Frustrating
I have used TurboTax for many years without problem which is why I kept coming back. This year however was different. Very frustrating and, in my opinion, difficult to use. Re-entry of license code was required each time I opened the software. Repeated messages indicating I had to purchase more returns when in fact I still have returns available to me. I will be researching different software options for next years tax returns

Not user friendly
Needs to have an overview before starting the program. It would have been nice to know about the forms and their purpose before starting and if you start one by mistake make sure to erase any entry. Did not explain why my tax form was rejected. I could go on and on but a very poor program.

Never Again
I've been using Turbo Tax since 2013 and never had the trouble I've had this year with the program, from loading to calculations in RRSP section not working properly...just everything seems to be a problem with it.

not very intuitive, almost lost big refund
Overall, TurboTax is great for straight forward returns and in past years has been great, but this year my net income was quite a bit less, so much so that my $1600 medical expenses did not result in a refund. I MANUALLY had to switch the medical expenses to my spouse, who had the higher net income, and our combined refund went from $981.00 to $1341.00.
TurboTax does say something about medical expenses are usually applied to the lower income partner and the program thankfully gives you the option to manually switch to the higher income, but I think TurboTax should be smart enough to try both options and present you with the best refund result!

Printing Problem

I have used this program for years it was great this year it is terrible. I filed two returns and it tells me I used up all my returns and I must buy more suppose to be 8. I rebooted my computer Turbo Tax would not work until I rentered the code. Now it is useless. I will not buy more returns

More and more glitches

Not Great this Year
Errors to receive updates, NetFILE was rejected - no useful assistance to find errors, Continually asks questions about things you say no to in the profile. Took an hour to enter return for a student who works part time at a gas station and in the end NETFILE was rejected.
