I have purchased two programs. I got stuck in the first one and could not continue. The second one I paid my taxes using my credit card and then It said I could not file.

since I am unable to log onto your site for support or phone to find out why (as of March 3 2021) I am unable to print my return and mail it? I have no choice but to downgrade your software to ZERO unfortunately your rating doesn't go that low (for now)

terrible connection server always busy I have been trying to submit for netfile for 3 days now .I have been a turbotax user for 10 years and this is the first time I have encountered this issue. not happy his year

I've used turbotax for at least 7 years and it always worked really well. This year it is filled with bugs. Wouldnt take input in lots of places and then found out online the cure was to change text size!!! Then it would not netfile. Could not get through to support for ever then got someone who I could not understand and she wanted to take charge of my computer from somewhere. I tried everything I could think of including downloading and reinstalling. Finally got somebody in Canada and it turns out some of the forms were locked. They couldnt tell you that in the updates? Very dissapointed after years of positive usage. On top of that It wouldnt work on my Windows 7 computer so I had to use a laptop with windows 10.

I have used TurboTax for years. This will probably be the last. It filed my wife's return fine, but it won't allow me to file my return. After over an hour on the phone, Intuit just said wait a week or so and it will fix itself. Really!!!!

These crooks cut off support for Windows 7 users who do not want to upgrade to terrible versions of Windows that followed.
People with Windows 7 should have still been able to file their taxes on Windows 7 as Online filing still works from any platform.
TurboTax Crooks did a price grab and greedy move to cut off ability for people to use Turbo Tax on Windows 7 pcs.
For that you have lost a lifetime customer.
Intuit TurboTax crooks should be ashamed of yourselves for screwing up things that work perfectly fine on lies and deceit that it's for security. That's absolute nonsense because you crooks allow online filing from any and all platforms via any web browser which is more security risk than a solid Windows 7 platform. Stop lying and deceiving people.
You just lost life time customers from our family, friends, and community.

Turbo Tax program which I purchased for 2019, was way more simple to use then this years. Trying to locate the disability credit which both my wife are authorized to claim was very hard to locate. In the 2019 program all that was needed was to click disability tax credit on forms page along with T4, T4A, Etc. Sorry but definitely not easy.

Pulling my hair out as TT takes me down the rabbit hole as I navigate thru the program (3 times) only to find out the option to print or Netfile is already selected for print. I get the red circle with a slash through it for netfile.I CANNOT send by netfile!! Thanks for nothing other than relieving me of 30+ dollars

sent my wife's netfile and CRA got it. Will not send mine. red arrow through name. No error messages other than "at the time this editon was release the government forms.... I have the most current as it has updated at least twice.

I have used Turbo tax each year since 2010 and up until this year I had only positive comments, but with the 2020 standard version I can not get it too print or to save as pdf or net file. But the biggest issue is with intuit themselves. I can not get any phone number or any assistance by sending in their error requests when the program crashes. I have tried the community many times and I am now fed up.

Slow, not easy to use, override does not work. Program said that I had manually entered some numbers which I hadn't. Could not remove these numbers by using override. Just an poor freakin program.

I have used this program for years with great success but not this year. I had trouble bringing forward last years returns and now there is an update that will not install and when I just went to file, it would not allow me to do so. Very, very frustrating!

Three significant failings for farmers. 1. You don't seem to understand MAI and OIA 2. Your system for calculating CCA is useless. That's not the way to do it. It's a pain working around your tool. 3. Why in a husband/wife farming partnership does all the farm business data have to be entered twice. It's identical and you have the percentage split for the partnership. As a minimum you should have a mechanism for copying the data from one form to another.

First it was a week delay after an update where the program would not open.
Now it says I have reached my limit of returns filed. CRA does not allow filing until Feb 22. What is this?????

I just clicked on it 2019 and 2020 - it doesn't load properly - I try to launch the program and it takes at least 2 minutes to launch
Been using this since early 2000's Its now too hard to set up turning off VPN and McAfee is not really acceptable in this day and age. Takes too long to launch and instructions are inadequate

While the "look and feel" of using the forms that look like the paper return is a nice feature, the end result is poor product that does not work. After trying to Netfile the return more than 5 times due to error 513, and being locked out of the account, a mailed in paper return was done. What was the point of wasting precious time with the CRA and Intuit only to find the product does not work. The so-called "community" was unhelpful as the "suggestions" were based on East coast solutions and not the West. In no where on the Inuit site were there any legitimate solutions, only countless stories of frustrated people with the same problem. Finally, the error (513) given by Intuit was not understood by the CRA and Intuit themselves wrote that it "could be" one of 3 scenarios. BTW, all of which did not apply in this case. If you are a student - stay away from TurboTax. You're wasting your money.

My tax return was not filed because the final step to netfile was not highlighted enough. The netfile final step should be more user friendly. I will not use this again due to this error.

Only the 1st year, {2017} return was trouble free. Both the 2018 & 2019 tax year returns gave me problems. 2018 the old age security amounts were duplicated both for me and my wife resulting in inflated annual income. I had to call up CRA several times to get it corrected. This year I was unable to file the return on netfile. Due to covid 19 pandemic we are stranded in India and are unable to travel as scheduled and do not know when the flights will regularize to enable us to return home. In the meantime, am unable to update the changes from the system even after several attempts today. Called help desk+emailed about a month ago; no satisfactory response. Still waiting for a fix. The tax submission deadline has passed. Please respond.

Turbotax has found a way to make an easy tax form difficult. Old paper way used 4 pages plus two additional forms for Federal and Provincial foreign tax credits.Adding slips for putting in various incomes was easy peasy. .Now you don;t know if all forms are entered. Bad program.
