Can not believe this product does not clearly indicate 'NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MAC OS'.
Only after buying the CD, inserting the CD, THEN looking too hard on intuit website was this stated.

DREADFUL
I tried to get my return as a PDF. Failed completely. The people on your help line told me to write by hand the information I gathered on the tax returns, or to simply file the T1s and hope that the CRA would accept them anyway

Not able to netfile
Have use this for many years and this is the only time i can not netfile my return because it is missing it is not there so i am not happy with it this year it is why i use it i do not want to mail so please fix this problem try to download the missing part but that din't work so now not sure what to do but to buy another company product and hope there not missing it on there

Crap
This has been the worse experience I have ever had with Turbo Tax, it wont let me net file, something which I have done for years, through Turbo Tax, but this year, it wont let me and nothing has changed from any other time I netfiled, so why are you being so completely useless

Error in infirm
Software tries to claim inform if you enter disability. Inform should be claimed only if a disability includes being inform. Only workaround is to override the fields and then send a printed copy to CRA.

Lacking Information on Declaring Foreign Income
I don't like Turbo Tax Canada because it is definitely lacking information regarding how to properly file foreign income for former Canadian Permanent Residents who no longer reside in Canada (Non-Residents). It states "Foreign Slips" but in the help section, it does not specify if Foreign Employment Income is included or not. FOREIGN SLIPS in the T4 Section is very vague. The software does not state if this is applicable to Canadian Residents or Non-Residents.

Frustrated
When I completed with one return, it asks if I want to start another, when I click on yes it just returns me back to the one I just completed. I was stuck in a loop and couldn't get out. I finally quit the whole program and restarted. Also, I could not put in my info (autofill) from last years return. I've used TurboTax for years, this is the worst.

Not in the present form
It would be nice to know why you had to add so many pages to the finished return, I had enough ink for a normal return but I ran out near the end and I put everything on hold until I obtain a new cartridge.

Worst Customer Service Ever
3 Calls to help number. No one qualified to answer. Wrong phone number in software. Hung up on. Saved copy was corrupted twice and no way to restore. Wasn't a computer issue but software glitch

no longer confident in turbotax
after turbotax \ quicktax for nearly 10 years and this years revision does not inspire confidence.
import from cra profiles are buggy and made me question if the imports even worked at all.

Turbo Tax - weak and getting weaker
I needed the NAICS code for my business but the program did not prompt me for this info until I reached the warning stage and then the link to the NAICS codes led to a dead site (Error 404).
The final steps after NetFiling become an endless loop where you are asked to print and save - and then print and save - and then print and save....
The on-line "help" is totally useless. All it does is post the question so that other non-experts can provide un-informed comments on it. If you offer help - provide some help - not more questions!
Just like LAST YEAR!!!!

Get the font size right!
I do not know what you have done to this software but it is constantly going from small to large text and pop up blocks are too large to see the enter or minimize buttons.
Text should be around a 14 font and buttons on pop u buttons need to be closer to data points.
