Extremely poor!!!!!
Help file is not updated.
Following netfile, the program keeps prompting to netfile again.
After saving the return as pdf, the program keeps asking to save the return as pdf.

Why can't this be fixed
For the second year the automatic updating fails, and the instructions for manual downloading don't work. I will purchase different software next year.

I was very disappointed in Turbo tax this year. I have used the product for atleast 20 years. I purchased the online version this year and it wouldn't allow me to upload prior year's information. I called the help line twice and wasted a substantial amount of time. I also had to prepare a return for a deceased person this year and it didn't successfully walk me through that either. Next year I will definitely try something different.

lots of trouble this year with the cd
There was a lot of problems with this year's cd. In to order to get your attention I had to go on your Facebook page. I was not the only one A friend of mine also had a problem with his CD. A review of your facebook page confirms the fact there was a lot of problems with your CD. Problems that should have been corrected before thy were sent out to be sold.

Serious software error issue
The turbo tax software has a bug in it that caused me to waste about 3 hours to create a work around so that I could net file the return. After calling the customer support phone line and being told that I would have to wait approximately 6 minutes, I actually had to wait about 13 minutes. The customer support agent struggled in her attempts to come up with a solution, then suggested she could email me a remedy which actually turned out to be totally useless.

Worst year ever
Had very hard time this year using product. Previous purchase was over five years. Purchased CD and installed. Later when trying to access file was told CD was corrupted and would need to reinstall. Called Turbo Tax and spent hours trying to get help. Finally they downloaded product. Several days later when trying to finalize returns, software corrupted on my computer. Called Turbo Tax again and spent hours trying to resolve. Finally was able to redownload. I have now completed my returns. Am seriously considering another option for next year. Too much time trying to get product to work........

Good Product Need Mac Version to make it excellent
I have used TurboTax for many years.
I was disappointed it is not compatible with the Mac computer as it is in the USA.
I needed to borrow a PC to do my taxes.
I will probably look for another software to do my taxes if the compatibility problem is not resolved for Canadian Taxes.

What a disappointment
I have been using this tax package for years. This year there are constant errors in moving from page to page and spend most of my time clicking through the error messages. I am surprised that you have not corrected this problem yet since I first shared this in mid-March. I will be looking for better options next year. Previous years were good, the erosion is significant!

I installed the C D and found that thru out the process I continually received a message which stated ( SCIPT NOT RUNNING ) which I had to click out each time in or order to continue filling in the information I needed to complete the return! fortunately I knew which forms I needed to complete as the Software was skipping over the relevant forms needed!!I have used Turbo Tax in previous years with no problem however based on this frustrating experience I will not purchase this product again.

Worst one ever
It first started with a script error which I could not solve until I reloaded twice. It was impossible to move around the tax forms, for some reason the selections at the top were not always visible and when they were I could not change between topics ie: provincial to federal to filing. And finally the pages kept freezing and the only way to get out of it was to return to the opening of the tax form.

Horrible Experience
There was a major issue with this software. Everything installed fine but every single time a new screen loaded there was a "script error"I had to close this box every single time I clicked anything in the program. It was a serious inconvenience.

Stupid program
I did everything step by step....only to be told I did some sort of override along the way (which I know I did not)....kept saying ERROR for Netfile.....and when I click Fix, it goes to say "Remove Overrides".....and I did, yet nothing happens. Goes into an endless loop.
So I gave up, printed the forms and mailing it instead. Horrible experience!!!!!

No longer has the option to chat with a Tax adviso
I always bought Turbotax because I had the option to chat with a Tax expert. In an effort to cut their costs, Inuit removed that option and replaced it with a forum. (They're trying to get their own clients to do their work!)
I posted a rather simple question and never received an answer! Useless!!!
Finally I figured it out myself. Good bye Turbotax, I'll buy you no more!!! You used to be good!

Error
I have been using this program since 1998 and must say that is is the first year that I am not happy with the program. I feel there was some glitches still that were not corrected. I could in the past transfer info from one year to the next and could not do that this year. Also when printing a error message came up saying not on disc or something. I have downloaded this onto my computer like I have in the past and have not needed disc.

TOO Buggy
Had to un-install & re-download & REINSTALL 4x before the darn thing would work!! NOT worth the time or the bandwidth usage, especially if - like me - you're capped to 15G per month .... wasting 1/2G JUST on this lousy product was a waste of time and money.
WONT make the same mistake again next year, especially since there's FREE ones out there that are just as good!

Stressful situation trying to update
I tried for hours to update and scoured the internet for hours on top of it to find out how to update my version. Every time I tried to update it I would get an error saying that it couldn't be updated and to go to the website and get the manual download update. I installed and uninstalled 5 times. Ready to scream at this point. I finally found someone elses frustration on the net and was directed to a file that was already updated. I have never had trouble like this before. What happened? Is my favorite tax program slipping with quality? I kept getting error code tt3015. Didn't appear to be a solution with downloading updates.
