Always easy to use!!
I've been using TurboTax for too many years to remember! I always choose the "easy Step" and it literally takes you by the hand and walks you every step. And so easy to go back a step, if you think you missed something etc. So simple and efficient! I will keep using it...

Always Great
I have used Turbotax for many years now and find it still easy to use and very accurate with no glitches or work-arounds. The easy Step by step guide makes filling out the forms easier as one ages and tends to forget or misplace information.

Suggested improvments
A comparison tool that reads data from previous years would be very useful. I find myself constantly starting up old turbo tax versions to see changes to my returns from previous years. This cant be very hard to do and would be one of this programs best features. I have been using turbo tax for a long time and would love to have a year to year comparison tool.

At the end when preparing to file, I am asked if I want to go paperless. I choose the option that my direct deposit is on file.
I am also asked if I want to use my email address through CRA website. It asks: Do you want a paper reply or Do you want to set up an email address. My email address has been on file for years yet I have to enter it again.

Another easy tax yr
I rarely write reviews, cause we mostly think and know they are phony, however I have been using this product for many years and I am always satisfied year after year. Used to pick up at the store, but now even when out of the country I can download as easily as when home. Intuit has been there a long time and I sure hope for long to come. Cheers

Great program

Tax Time - No Sweat

Used it for years
I really like the built-in Pension Splitting Calculator and the review prior to filing. I struggled a bit with the carry forward of donations to a future year. Any chance of making that easier? I have always used the 'forms' method of using the software since it comes closest to a paper form completion which I still remember how to do.
