Easy to use
This is a quick and easy tool to complete your income tax. I just love the CRA auto fill feature for my T4! This is the only product I've used for the last 10 years!

good value for the number of returns allowed
If doing returns year after year its easy with information auto filled to the following year. The download versions are on my desktop at all times and I often open previous years simultaneously. The Business Statement
T 125 would be easier if the help was better linked to resources.

How easy can it get!
As usual filing our annual tax returns is as easy as Pi especially with loading the previous years carry forward and then the user interface is clean and straight forward.

Fast , easy & stress free
I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and each year there are improvements.

Long Time User
Still, in my opinion, the best around. I started using this product back 'in the day' (1980's - I think, or early 1990s) when it was simply called Intuit. The accounting program had not yet been integrated with the tax program when I started using them. I have never had: a) a problem doing my own taxes (and helping others with theirs) with this product - b) never had any problem with CRA because of my (or others') return(s) when using this program - c) never missed a deduction when using this program.
My first and only problem happened this year - and that was not so much with the program itself ( my return was still super easy to complete) but with not being easily able to see the supported OS. I use Windows 7 on my main computer - don't really (in my 80's) need anything more - and although I looked to see what the system requirements were - the print was so small I could not make it out - and discovered when I tried to install it that, even with Turbo Tax's support personal, the CD would not work on my Win 7 - and it was not possible to get it downloaded, installed and working on my Win 7 from the website following on-line instructions. The support person finally got it downloaded and going for me, on Win 10, not Win 7. Now there is still the printing problem - no printer on my Win 10 computer - and my Win 7 printer does not support Win 10. So more expense - which could have be avoided had the supported systems been shown CLEARLY on the front or back of the packaging! Shame on you, Intuit - with Turbo Tax, you have a great product and an amazing support team - but your advertising team really let you down this year. However, overall - I do not think this product can be beaten, it is super easy-to-use and comes with amazing support - both to install and use the program, and if you do happen to run into a problem with your return, you've got all the backup you need. Overall, if you use Win 8 or above (or mac/apple products) - this is the only way to go for quick, easy and accurate tax returns no matter which version you decide to use.

Saves a lot of time
I remember the old days of paper forms, whiteout, correction tape, and endless hours.
I was surprised originally that I couldn't install the product on my Windows7 machine and was looking for an alternative product. Thanks to the TurboTax team for enabling Windows7 install. I will likely be looking for this next year as well so please remember guys like me.

Quebec Slips
In the federal slips, we enter the numbers and these numbers remain in their respective columns. It is easy to see what's going on. We switch to the Quebec slips and all numbers group up in the leftmost column. PLEASE have them stay in the respective column!!!!

Easy Peasy
For the the file I had to return as a Transport worker, it was a well guided, step by step process to complete my return, and then Netfile it as well. Some steps still take time, such as entering receipts, expenses and medical records, but that's to be expected.

Turbo Tax not taxing at all!
I have been using Turbo tax for many years. It is clear, easy and has a great system to guide you through the tax submission.
