Very user friendly, easy to use.
I have been using this product quite awhile, and can find my way around, whether it's the Easy Step or the Forms method. To make sure I don't miss any questions, I like to start with Easy Step, then when I have completed the questions I can transfer to the Forms Method. Thank you.

Turbo tax 2019 improvements
I found the Turbo Tax greatly improved. The download from CRa was easy and the best part was that stock dispositions could be shared in a joint account. That step used to take me a lot of Excel time and entry time.
If I could scan my donations and medical expenses and have them enter that way it would be very good.

Still Number one!
We filed our returns after a rather large and complicated Past Service Pension Adjustment (PSPA) from my employment pension provider. As it turns out, this has worked to our advantage to the tune of a generous tax refund.
We are both seniors, though I am still working, and Turbo Tax managed to split our incomes, pensions and contributions to the best possible outcome. I was able to see the increase growing on the summary display as I went along!
My wife was a bookkeeper at one time and insisted on doing a full audit review. The only thing she caught was I hadn't updated our email addresses.
Well done Turbo Tax!

This year's version clunky
Have used Turbo Tax for years and opted to download slips this year for the first time. Not at all as friendly as I expected and the interaction dealing with my, and my wife's, downloads was difficult to navigate. The logical sequences entering data was much better in previous years when we just used manual entry...and I felt much more confident it was correct.
Think I am reverting to manual entries next year.
The idea is excellent but the execution is clunky and difficult to navigate for a retired couple's shared returns.

Good software, easy to use

Very easy to use
Have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so. I really like being able to compare this year to last year because I was able to find where I made a mistake. In the past when life was more complicated, being able to ask questions online really helped. Now things are easier so I don't need that service.

One Problem
