Easy & Fast
This is the 4th year I have used Turbo Tax to submit my income tax return. It gets better every year. Directions are so easy to read & I love the review sections. The optimizer in certain sections is great. Gives you the best outcome on your return. I love using Turbo Tax. Great value.

Easy to use
Easy to use.
Only noticed one little error when using their RRSP optimum value calculator, when changed values multiple times trying to get the minimum needed to drop me to the next lower marginal tax bracket. But, closed and reopened if it pooched, and it worked fine.

We have been using TT off and on for 20 years and have always found it to be accurate and helpful.

Very easy to use
I've used Turbo Tax for a few years, and this is when it really comes into its own for me. Data transfers easily from previous years, and it is fairly easy to follow. You still need to know a bit about tax, though, because even the easy entry method can be confusing with all the CRA jargon.
