Its a no brainer
TurboTax (TT) is Fast & efficient and regardless of what articles you may find on-line, TurboTax is worth EVERY cent you pay for it. Be careful of companies that will do your taxes for you or offer to buy your return so you can get your money quicker. In both cases you actually save money by purchasing TT. By going to a tax preparation business, even if you have already prepared your return, they will do it again on their own system. They will charge you a fee to just prepare and file your return for you and more if you sell it to them for a quick return. In both cases those fees are more than the purchase cost of TT. I have also tried several software packages that are offered for free on-line and in every case they missed something that turned out to be more than the cost of TT. I have been using this software for over 20 years, as far back as when it was called QuickTax. I have never had any issues and now that we can file on-line using Netfile, you really don't wait long for your $$$$$ anyway. Add to all this the amount of returns you can do with 1 copy of TT it gets even better. I do taxes for my wife & I, my daughter and several friends. Each year we take turns paying for the software, my turn doesn't come around again for a few more years. And if you want to take the benefits of TT even further I install it on my laptop so when my friends are ready to do taxes they either invite me over for lunch or out for breakfast and they pay for the meal. Honestly, purchasing TurboTax is a total "NO BRAINER"!

Smart Guide thru the taxing CRAweb
Just like having a CPA complete your return, but from the convenience of home AND while able to enter pertinent info as received. Changing info is automatically carried to ALL applicable forms, plus 'optimizer' recommendations. But you still control all final entries & decisions with the plus of access to both knowledgeable advice/hints & CRA guidelines.

Great Product
I have used this package for close to 10 years and never had a problem.
This year I noticed one minor glitch during the Review and Filing cycle. I kept getting a Warning that I had attached a T2201 Disability Form, which I had not. A minor issue, I just ignored it.

Have been using for several years. Convenient and seamless from year to year as it imports all of previous year's info. Did not take advantage of importing slips directly fro CRA as they were not ready yet... but a great tool to have.

Efficient and User Friendly
Turbo Tax is a great program for people wanting to do their own taxes! It is user friendly and easy to use. Great step by step instructions. Love that you can import last years info as well as your tax info from the CRA site.

Turbotax CD version is excellent
I love the CD version that I prepare on my computer - so easy. I highly recommend this product. However, I do not recommend the online version - I tried it for the first time this year after using the CD for 10+ years, and had so many problems. It wouldn't import my previous year's info and kept taking me to the U.S. tax preparation pages even after I told it I was in Canada. I went back to CD version - no problems.

Turbo Tax is the BEST!
I have used Turbo Tax since at least the year 2000. I am thrilled with how each year the Turbo Tax program gets easier to use. I had to call for a review of our oldest's return last year & the tax expert I spoke to was amazing! Do I trust Turbo Tax? Sure do!!! Will use it again next year & I highly recommend this program.

Bet product.
I have used Turbo tax since it came out and have had great success with the ease it is to use this product. It walks you thru every aspect of doing your taxes. My whole family comes over to use it. We will continue to use it as long it exists. Thank you for all the years so far.
