The feedback survey to help improve this product is somewhat redundant. Unless you have ridiculously extensive and convoluted financial concerns that ought to be dealt with by professional tax representatives and "flexible" lawyers, TurboTax is dead simple.

Always the Best and Easiest
I love using Turbotax it is so easy to use, the help is in plain english and understandable. One year I used a different program and was sadly disappointed. It was not easy to use and I had to go to CRA to find an answer. Always will trust and use Turbotax!

Worth it
It took me a few years to learn the rules of taxes, but using Turbo Tax has allowed me to do somewhat complicated taxes accurately and independently, saving me thousands of dollars in accountant fees. You can use the easy step interview method as a beginner, or just go to the forms you know you need and fill them out. It does a review and makes sure you haven't missed anything critical at the end. You get to control what you claim and you can call Revenue Canada to confirm any information you're not sure about.

Excellent Tax filing
This is a great tax filing software. Easy to use for a novice user like me. Bye bye accountants and other tax filing companies charging too much in return for poor service and that includes HRblock who think you are taking too much of their time if you are with than for longer them half an hour. I filed my taxes at my own pace and my own comfort making sure nothing is missed and I get best refund.

Self Empowering
Take back control of your finances by using Turbotax to DIY your tax return. It really makes tax preparation much easier and saves a ton of time driving to / from your tax preparers office. Also you will have the privacy of keeping your Tax Slips out of the hands of strangers. Took me about 2 hours to complete my return in my pajamas!
Best feature is the Netfile Electronic Filing which saves a ton of paper and hassle with mailing in the paper return via Canada post service who always seem to be going out on strike. I digress!
