very simple
for the first time this year I tried the import option, importing all my T4's from CRA... it took a second and my return took less than an hour to fully complete. As always the tips are very useful and the whole process very smooth. thank you!!!

Reliable,excellent software
We have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had a problem with the software or with accuracy. It makes doing the year-end taxes for us non stressful -- and we do have a small business enterprise as well to declare.

Great product
Overall a great product, only drawback is navigating back and forth can be complicated and the software sometimes loops 360 instead of changing to the next category.
Regardless, it's a great product and easy to use once you know its' minor quirks.

The Easiest Return Ever

I have been using it for 6 years. No regrets
I keep hearing my friends complain when we told them how turbo tax help us fill our returns, the questions guide us to get the most amount of credits, it is not 100% bullet proof so you always need to check the return numbers in case expenses need to move to the other partner contrary to what the tool is suggesting, but that is better than having not giving the option at all.

I have used this product every year to prepare our taxes. this year I also used it for my granddaughter's. i do not have a printer so was disappointed that i had to download a program to be able to print a copy that was ok to send to CRA. it took me about an hour to find a program that could save it properly so it could be printed at the library.

Easy to use
After you answer a few questions you enter all the amounts from your tax slips and they guide you every step of the way. The best part is you have the option of doing your spouses income tax at the same time. Then if you have pension income, you can have the program calculate the optimal amount to split so you get the highest refund. I can't imagine calculating this by hand. Turbo tax does this within seconds and you choose if that is the amount you wish to split or a different amount. It has saved my husband and I about two thousand dollars in income tax payment since we retired two years ago.

Brilliant!
Been using TurboTax for over 4 years and it has worked very well for us. We saved close to $50 per year doing it this way and it is straight forward and takes very little time. As long as we are paying taxes "uggh" we'll be using Turbo tax.
