Better and easier each year
Completed my taxes in just a few hours, which included hunting for documents with FIs. I am certain the automated import would have sped things up further, but I am stubborn haha... love the order where you are prompted for the filing numbers early, so you can search out those documents. Keep it up!

Easy to use
This is an excellent way to do your taxes. It is detailed and prompts for all the applicable information. The download of the forms from CRA makes it quick and easy. Over the years I have at times given my return to qualified tax consultants to review for accuracy and have never received it back with any suggested changes. As a result I do my taxes with confidence that it is done accurately with Turbotax.

This year I had to make 2 uninstall and then reinstall to be able to have an update version.

The only tax software I will use
I've been using Turbo tax for almost 20 years. I always buy the standard and use it to do mine and family's taxes. Easy to use/navigate and it's acurate. Highly recommended.

Easy to use & Convenient
I've used TurboTax for years and its predecessor Quick Tax and find it's easy to use, accurate and convenient. It rolls over your tax returns to the next year and saves a lot of time when preparing your annual T1. Netfile is great.

Excellent Software
I have used this product for many years and have always found it to function perfectly for my needs. The program is laid out intuitively which makes it easy to use and I can run multiple scenarios in the optimizer to find the best one to minimize my tax payments.

Have been using since i 1st got a computer.
Have had this program since 1980's. Have ne ver had any issues, and love the fact it is so easy to use. With my own and my wife's taxes, I do any where's from 8 to 10 other tax reports. The use of Netfile is fantastic.

Easy to use, Once you get started
The hardest part of TurboTax is making sure you're getting started right. Every year I seem to log into the wrong area and my account info is wrong. Then I have to call in and get properly directed to where I am supposed to enter my access code. When I call in, the people are really great and very patient, as I'm pretty frustrated by then.
After that challenge it's always very easy to work with. I'm starting work as a self-proprietor this year, so next year might have different challenges. I'm confident it will still go relatively smoothly.
Good product and really nice CS help for people like me who are confused about things to start.

Love Turbo Tax
Turbo Tax has made filing our income taxes much easier. The instructions are very easy to follow, I am 81 years old and still doing our taxes using Turbo Tax. Lots of tips and instruction make this an easy format to follow.

Using Turbo Tax
Using the Turbo Tax software made it easy and straight-forward for me to enter all of the information that was requested by the program. If you organize yourself with all of your slips and receipts, entering them is only limited to the time one has available at the time.

This tax software is easy to purchase on-line, simple to install and you can choose whether to go step-by-step or by form depending on your comfort level. I don't know of a better way to prepare and Netfile my income tax return!

Repeat Customer's opinion
I have used Turbotax Standard for over 10 years. By sharing the use of it, it is indeed an exvellent value. However, when not sharing, I waited for it to come up on sale, and the value was still good. I found it easy to use. Although I used it in the past, each time I prefer to use the step by step method. It is like being held by the hand when filling in the details.

A necessary tax time tool
