Easy to Use
Very easy to do, just make sure you have all your tax receipts handy. If you follow the prompts, you shouldn't have any trouble.

Better than paying for tax services
You gain a better understanding of your taxes when you do them yourself, and with TurboTax it asks you questions that an accountant might miss, so if you walk through the whole program you know you did not miss a thing.

Long Time TurboTax User
I have been using Turbo Tax since its first release and have always found it a very efficient and accurate program. Some credits may have been overlooked if it were not for the program's auto-checking, warnings and tips. The 'Easy Step' entry tool provides a very simple process for completing tax returns.

Solid, Fast, and Easy to Use
I have used Turbotax and its predecessor Quicktax for the past 15 years. It's intuitive and easy to use. I would suggest, however, that there should be an option for those who have already registered with CRA and receive correspondence electronically to bypass having to re-register again and enter the same information each year. Other than that, I'm obviously happy with the product.

TurboTax is a real help!
I have used TurboTax for several years and continue to find it easy to use and very helpful. Recent changes have added to ease of use. I always try 2 or 3 ways of completing the forms (eg. individual filings vs. a joint filing) to determine the differences in net position. I believe that I have been able to reduce my tax burden each year by using TurboTax. It more than pays for itself.

TurboTax Excellent. But the survey is way too long
I have used TurboTax since its beginning.
I took the survey at the end of the process, but I have to say, it's just way too long!
It took as long to go through all the redundant questions as it took to do our taxes!!!
Perhaps in the future, Intuit might want to consider a much shorter and to the point, survey.

New Features helpful
The new interface with Revenue Canada to download your tax information on file is useful. One still needs to verify and validate the information to be sure that it is correct and complete. Some of the stock information on the T5008 forms were incomplete and needed to be updated. Getting the Notice of Assessment right after filing was and interesting addition this year also.

Quick and easy as always
I have purchased and used TurboTax for my returns multiple times. This year was easier than ever. Features such as importing previous year's information and automatic importing of your T4s are a real time saver and eliminate potential for typo errors. Very Helpful !!
I am not a tax specialist and with Turbo tax i don't need to be. The system walks you through the whole process. The Tips are great, but the language needs to be simplified especially for the novice ones out there like me. :)

good product - some quality issues
Today while using the program to complete my income taxes, I noticed 2 spelling errors that should not have been there. After all these years you would think that this would not happen. I find the program much easier to use than 20 years ago. No longer do we need a code; it is much easier to submit the tax return.
