CONFUSION
HELP TAB - TIPS - GENERALLY SORTS OUT CONFUSING LANGUAGE & TERMS.
COMPUTER PROGRAM TAKES RECEIPTS RECEIVED AND INPUT VALUES AUTOMATICALLY INTO CORRECT SCHEDULES AND LINES. INITIAL REGISTRATION -,AGAIN THIS YEAR, IS NOT READABLE ON MY SCREEN - TOO LARGE FOR MY MONITOR - TO SHOW QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED TO REGISTER.
I NEEDED TO ASK COMPUTER HOW TO CHANGE RESOLUTION.. COULD TURBO TAX FIX THIS ISSUE - HAPPENS RIGHT AT THE FIRST AND FRUSTRATES SENOIR NOT FAMILIAR WITH A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM

Easy to Use Tax Software
I've used this software for years, and always find it easy to use. Only improvement I would make is to allow the printing of any error messages being received from the CRA when trying to use NetFile--I had to print screen the error message as the software did not allow for that.

Great Expense

Amazingly simple
We have used TurboTax for many years and we have found the programme for tax year 2018 to be one of the easiest. We are both retired, have investments, pensions and rental income to be declared.

Great improvement
The fact that I can now download the slips directly from Revenue Canada makes sure I am not missing anything and also, I don't have to enter them manually. This is a great step forward.

Great program
We have been using this program for over 10 years with no problems. It is easy to follow and file a return. When you register the program it only allows you to select 5 years, Please expand this function so people know you have been using it for a long time.
