TOSI
Even though I checked the NO box to say this did not apply to my return, it still printed off seven full pages that had to be shredded and disposed of! This was totally unnecessary. I have used TurboTax for many years and this TOSI stuff is the most problem I have ever had!!

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years
Turbo tax works great, have only had one issue in 10 years and they helped fix the issue. Customer service was fast and easy to use and helpful. This is my go to Tax software and will be until I am no more. Family members also use it on my recommendation plus neighbors.

Easy to use

reliable year after year
I've been using TurboTax and it's predecessors for so many years. Yes, there are free programs out there, but it works so well, especially with the import function, that I will continue buying it every year. There used to a link to purchase AuditDefence, but haven't seen it in recent years.

One more Year filing taxes using TurboTax
Been using TurboTax for a decade and still no complaints! There is no way a person not versed in the taxes domain can possibly know all the updates and subtleties of filing taxes getting the maximum advantage allowed by the law! Will just keep using it!

Kudos to Turbotax
I've been using Turbotax for over 5yrs now... The software seems to improve a little bit each successive year... more user friendly and helpful explanation on item specific tax topic.

Easy to use, but hard to see
Very easy product to use when things are straight forward. Complicated situations need to have help. Unknown how helpful the team is to contact.
Slips entry screen is small. Even on 24" monitor have a hard reading the numbers to see if I typed them correctly. No option to change the size of this dialogue box.
