VALUE FOR MONEY
I saved the money for filing return through a tax accountant for 3 of us in the family. Also, I gained considerable insight on my tax situation . The software helped me in income splitting in optimum manner to yield highest refund for me. It carried over donations to the next year as it did not give me any more tax benefit in the current year. ThANKS TO TURBOTAX

Solid tax software for preparation of tax return

In prior years I used the forms method and could never figure out how to print schedules such as medical expenses. This year I used easy step and found out how to print forms. Am I missing something in the forms method that allows you to print forms?

Very good but one recommendation
My recommendation is that in the Easy Step process, at each step of the completion process and where applicable, Turbo Tax provide the particular link to the CRA website with regard to the CRA issue or rule being dealt with.

Easy Way to Do Taxes
I've been using Turbo Tax for years and each year it gets better and better. Doesn't make sense to pay somebody to do them when you are able to do them yourself for a fraction of the price you'd pay someone else.

Excellent Tax Program

I have been using TurboTax (and its previous incarnation QuickTax) since 1997. Never had a hitch; never had a problem. It has saved me time and money, and it keeps getting easier to use. I recommend this product to anybody, over any of the alternatives.

Always works
I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and Quick Tax before that. It has always worked well, although, this year, I had problems downloading, both from CD and the website. Luckily, the lady I contacted at Turbo Tax managed to straighten out the problem in short order. Thank you.

Easy to use
I have used TT twice to o file my taxes and my children's taxes. Easy if it's straightforward.
There are a few topics that need further explanation, example, clarification.
As a parent of two post secondary students I need more info on tuition, credits, dependents.
The TT support helps but not enough.
Great program overall.
