Long Time User
I have used Turbotax for over 10 years, including when I was consulting. I am now retired, and have RRIF income, investments, etc. which I manage myself. I have always found Turbox tax to be easy to use, with good directions.

So easy
I have used another tax preparation program for the past 15+ years and became disappointed in this years version & software. I decided after much frustration to try Turbo-tax and was surprised at the ease and helpfulness of the software. While I know other options to file exist, I like the detail and support that Turbo Tax offers where those others do not. In the end, Turbo tax is in and "U" is out

Good program
I've been using TurboTax and its predecessors for more than twenty years. It works well and very consistently, and makes tax calculation fast and easy. The only problem I have is that it's not always easy to find one's way to the sheet where information has to be listed in detail (medical expenses, charitable donations). I wish the Help section had tips on how to enter information. Sometimes double-clicking on a line in the T1 doesn't seem to work.

Easiest way to get income taxes done
I wasn't able to netfile this time. CRA have locked my account for some reason, which I haven't discovered yet. I need to contact them, but they're on strike so I doubt if I can file on time this year for the first time ever....

The Tax Before Time
It was a time long ago, before the oceans drank Atlantis, and before the time of the sons of Arias. It was a time undreamt of by man and beast. Before the evils of the SJW that rose up and tried to take my child's gender away.
Basically, I was young, and didn't have to pay taxes.
I've used QuickTax, and now TurboTax a little under 20 times I think. It's the go-to move for smart people.
