Well worth the price
Easy as heck to do your taxes. I highly recommend this tax program. Mostly you just answer yes or no and Turbo Tax does the rest. And now this year Revenue Canada fills in all the RRSP's and T4 forms. Awesome!

Improvements Every Year
Turbo Tax is the most common software for taxes on the shelves. I have used it many years in a row now and it has only gotten better. Interactions with CRA and transferring information over from previous years as well as my CRA account makes it fly by and much less stressful than ever before. This promotes loyalty to the customer which motivates me to be loyal. Keep working to improve and I will always be a customer Turbo Tax.

helpful hints
overall, the program eases the process of submitting your taxes. there are a couple of places where entry could be eased. for example the medical receipts require repetative entries of the service suppliers and the patients. have used TurboTax / Quicktax for over 20 years.

Efficient for me
I found TurboTax Standard did everything required in a easy to understand and efficient manner. Cannot say the same for the CRA website: total confusion; as a result I don't think I have My Account.

Some complications
In general the software is easy and straight forward to use. However, it can be complicated to determine where to enter data when confronted with an auto-fill field. Online HELP is useless in that case. You just have to hunt for the right data field on some subordinate schedule.

The Optimization is great
