very good software!
1. 3 hrs to finish everything.
2. friendly software and easy to understand.
3. even the tricky financial words they explain.
4. checking many opportunities you may get refund from.
5. I wish that they would have delayed asking to be rated till after I get refunded,, but even now I satisfied with their service.

Very Helpful
I have been using this software since 1998 and it has always helped me find all the deductions for me or the businesses that I was filing for. When there have been life changes, it has helped as well to find any errors on my returns before I submit them. The best value is the optimizing of the returns, plus I can enter the information that I have and work on the taxes over a couple weeks. All the calculations are done automatically. Thank You

Best Version Yet
This year's Tax Season filing was so much better and easier to not only navigate but to file as well. All the updates worked and no bugs at all in the system.I will continue to be a loyal customer.

It is pretty good software. However, the review charges are little steep. should be reduced. US gets better benefits from Turbo Tax.

So many versions-Confusing
Great product,My complaint: But it is hard to decide what version for what machine. I (Windows 10 Desktop) like to share with my son (now a new IPAD). We can't use the same version. On-line? App? CD/Download? Free???Fee??? Standard and others!! Saving? Printing???Ahhhhh!

Long Time User
Many years of use has proven this to be the most reliable tax program for my finances ever. I have gone through contracting and corporate add-ons to my income and now work more simply for a single employer and still... I get the best return ever. My biggest beef is with my employer, who does not get my "official" T4 out fast enough for me to capitalize on the RRSP calculations.

Excellent Advice on Pension Splitting
First time with pension income and the review and advice on pension splitting was excellent! Turbo Tax maximized the net owing which was a substantial savings. Not pleased about paying, but very happy with the final result.

Great Purchase and Easy Use
Been using turbotax now for four years and it is a great product, well worth the purchase. I use it, my parents use it, my siblings and friends use it. More and more people are using turbotax and saving money on expensive accountant fees for simple returns. Truly recommend this product to anyone. Schedule 14
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.
This year the only problem I had was getting Schedule 14 to work. This took a long conversation with Turbo Tax Help Line Rep. who walked me through the process.
I know this is a new item this year dealing with the Climate Action Incentive payment and hopefully by next year, if this is offered again, it will work more smoothly.
Other than that preparation of T1 Return went smoothly as usual.

always dependable
I have been using turbo tax for my taxes every year for many years now. it has changed so much from its early years but i will always use it and pay the extra audit defence. I keep the disk with all my papers and will keep using for many years to come. I like how important information is brought forward with each new year.
