I am a returning Turbo Tax user and I find it quite simple and quick to use. I have a fairly simple tax situation; if it was more complicated I would likely have an accountant do my taxes, from a confidence aspect

Repeat customer very satisfied
I've used Turbo Tax standard for more than five years and always been happy with the results. The only problem this year was the point when I'm just about to file my taxes it comes up with a screen for Pro Review. and no way to just move on there should have been a button to say skip. I had already purchased Pro-Review and Audit Defence. There need to be a by-pass button.

QuickTax / TurboTax
I have used QuickTax since 2002 through 2009 and then TurboTax from 2010 on. I like the way the application has improved over the years. The optimizers for Pension Splitting, Medical expenses and donations to Charities make it so much easier to perform "what if" scenarios.

Pretty good value
I bought the standard version to do a total of 3 tax returns. The guide-through steps are easy to follow. However, somehow it didn't import my past personal info as I used this s/w in the past years.

Very, very easy to use...
I have just basic income - pension, work, and bank interest. With the availability to import electronic copies of my T4s I was able to complete my return in just over thirty minutes. If I hadn't had to make sure about a couple of, to me, obscure elements concerning deductions and credits it would have been faster.
