Continuing Good Product
I have used this product since 2007 with excellent results. I completed 2017 taxes late and had a couple minor issues: navigation sometimes dropped me from questionnaire format into forms, I had minor difficulty entering an "Other Deduction", and printing the form for filing required additional installation from CD - I prefer the entire product on initial install. However, overall the questionnaire format is very good and I really like the result.

Simple yet powerful
I like how simple the guided mode is and how it is easier than ever to use, yet the product is becoming more and more powerful with better analysis of the returns, easier explanation of each item, and better integration with CRA and other tools and services available in the product.

Excellent Product
I have been using TurboTax Standard for the last 4 Years and Ufile prior to this. TurboTax is hands-down the better product and has all the forms included. [the reason I switched 4 years ago because Ufile did not have all the forms I needed for a basic return]. The latest 2018 version is even easier to use especially when you use AutoFill. I highly recommend this product!

Fairly Easy and Up to Date with latest tax credits
I was able to take the first time home owner tax credit and the Saskatchewan Climate Change tax credit. These were easy enough to take. Makes for a nice refund.

Easy To Use Software
I find this very easy to use. My only issue is that it gives me warnings and prints documents that had nothing to do with anything I filled out. I just ignored them and passed by them presuming it's a new CRA requirement. I kept all documentation that was printed regardless. Other than those two issues the software is ultra easy to use.

Turbo Tax standard is very user-friendly and it is mostly a joy to complete the tax information with this product. Some review statements are superfluous, and there are too many marketing ploys, i.e., to upgrade to higher level product. Otherwise, I love using this product.

Reliable and user friendly
Consistently reliable year after year. For the average tax payer, once you start using it the following years becomes pretty straightforward. Keeping the same UI approach & layout each tax year is especially useful for me to be able to compare different tax years.
